Independence Day Ride with cycling group Pedal Warriors to Lonavala.

The ride started from Dadar via Vashi, Panvel and Khopoli, a heavy traffic jam at Bhor Ghat forced some of us to turn back.

Some cyclists made it to the top of Lonavala, while the rest of us rode back to Kalote Waterfalls.

Perfect weather, rain and beautiful scenery all over. It was great fun cycling on the rolling hills of Khopoli.

Participated in Rotary Cycling Rally for Diabetes organised, participated with Tandem Cycling Club of National Association of Blind, Worli.

Rode from NAB, Worli to Kalaghoda, for a flag off and final destination - Suryavanshi Hall, Dadar.

Last weekend ride to the beautiful Vasai Fort with my Beers & Gears

Tried riding a different route, rode from Andheri to Bhayandar Jetty (28km), took a RoRo Ferry to Killabandar Jetty, from there it's 2 mins to Vasai Fort.

Returned via same route and further on via Uttan - Gorai - Manori.

₹30 Ferry ticket, additional ₹10 for cycles one way, approx 30 mins ferry ride.

Vasai Fort is quite huge to explore, though cycles are not allowed in certain places.

The next trip is planned for Arnala Fort, this coming weekend, who wants to join.
