As we celebrate , let’s take a ride down memory lane.

For many of us, a bicycle was more than just a mode of transport…it was our first taste of freedom, adventure, and independence. It carried us to school, through quiet lanes with friends, on joyful evening rides, and into countless unforgettable childhood memories.

Think of the laughter, the scraped knees, the races won and lost, the dreams dreamed while pedaling beneath open skies. Let those cherished moments inspire your words.

Write a 100-word poem that captures the nostalgia, emotions, and memories associated with bicycles and the journeys they gifted us.

Pedal through your memories. Turn them into poetry.

Word limit: 100 ( Between 90-110 )

How modern are we, really?

Not on paper.
Not on social media.
Not in conversations.

But in the quiet judgments we make every day.

Some stories don't provide answers.
They simply hold up a mirror.

What if the biggest danger to nature is not destruction… but indifference?

We breathe its air, drink its water, rest beneath its shade… yet somewhere between growing cities and glowing screens, humanity has slowly drifted away from the earth that sustains it.

The Earth We Share, The Responsibility We Bear by Dr. Arwa Saifi is not just a blog. It is a quiet wake-up call wrapped in reflection, truth, and hope.

From climate change to conscious living, this piece gently reminds us that protecting nature does not begin with grand revolutions. It begins with the choices we make every single day.

What happens when families start sharing Wi-Fi more than conversations?

In “Family Bonds in Changing Times,” Anil Dhawan (Rhythm for the Soul) reflects on the quiet emotional distance growing inside modern homes despite constant digital connection.

Health is often silent… until it speaks through neglect.

In a world that runs on deadlines, screens, and constant pressure, we often forget the simplest truth - our body and mind are the foundation of everything we do.

Dr. Arwa Saifi brings forward a deeply important conversation in her blog “Health, Hygiene and Awareness”, exploring not just physical well-being, but also menstrual hygiene, mental health, and the urgent need for open awareness in society.

From breaking taboos to building healthier habits, this piece reminds us that awareness is not occasional - it is a daily responsibility.
