Bombay High Court ka Bada Order – Maratha Quota Protest Update 🚨
Bombay High Court ne Tuesday ko Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange aur unke supporters ko clear instruction diya hai ki 3 pm tak Azad Maidan, South Mumbai, khali karo. Agar nahi kiya toh strict action hoga. ⚖️
Court bench – Acting Justice Chandrashekhar aur Justice Aarti Sathe – ne hearing ke dauraan kaha ki permission sirf 5,000 logon ke liye di gayi thi, lekin protest me crowd 60,000 se 1 lakh tak pahunch gaya, jo rules ka direct violation hai.
Jarange ke lawyer Satish Maneshinde ne court me maafi maangi aur kaha:
“Sorry, kuch protesters ki wajah se locals aur officials ko dikkat hui hai.” 🙏
Ye order ab protest ke future ko lekar ek badi development maana jaa raha hai.
