Lord Krishna may have stolen butter, but our are stealing the spotlight with their recipes.

Carrot Cake Recipe: Swati Desai
1 cup (100 grams) almonds or walnuts
(340 grams) raw carrots (about 2 1/2 cups finely grated)
2 cups (260 grams) Maida
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon replace with cardamom
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar
1 cup (240 ml) sunflower oil (or other flavorless oil) OR for richer flavour replace it with melted butter
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/4 cup (57 grams) butter, room temperature
8 ounces (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups (230 grams) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon (4 grams) pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (outer yellow skin) (optional)
How to make butter from ghee? Ranjani
1) Take a big cup measure of melted ghee at room temperature
2) add lots of ice cubes.
3)Keep mixing continuously until all ghee thickness to butter consistency
4) Separate the ice cubes
5) Homemade butter from ghee is ready.

Fr colour .... You can add a pinch of turmeric powder. For commercial taste... You can add 2-3 pinches of salt.
