As Simon says, let's start with the why...

Well, to quote an oft-repeated but rather useful cliché… we are an idea whose time has come. In an age when audiences simply get turned off by worthless advertising bombarding them from every possible screen big and small, it’s time to change the way we build connections with the people who build us.

Today, the time people spend with us is indisputably as important as the money they spend on us, or with the products and services we have to offer. Hence as we connect with audiences, these connections need to stem from a very unique want of that audience.

The trick then lies in putting the want of the audience at centre of our thoughts, strategies and ideas to arrive at a delectable sweet spot between the brands needs and the want of its audiences, thus creating meaningful and engaging connections that are centrick to the substance of the subject.
