✨ Sleep Tip (that most people don’t know): Your body temperature needs to drop by 1–2°C for deep sleep. That’s why kids crash so easily—their bodies regulate this naturally.
👉 Take a warm shower 60–90 mins before bed. As your body cools afterward, it triggers your brain’s “time to sleep” mode.
