Startups for Starters

Startups for Starters Information and news on Startups for aspiring as well as existing Entrepreneurs. This is NOT in the case of startup companies.

Just fresh off college, Kyle D'souza is a Management Student under the Marketing discipline. He started this blog with the intention of guiding aspiring and exisiting entrepreneurs who have "the next big thing" in their mind. The general consensus is that you can only "preach" if you have "experienced" it. One does not have to "go through it all" before starting his or her own company although it

can help in polishing the idea. That is precisely what inspired me to start blogging about it (something I have never done before). So if and when i make any mistakes, do point out and tell me and we can also have open discussions about it. FEEDBACK is highly appreciated, so please don't shy away.

STARTUPS BY "COUNTRY"

They say Information is Power. Nothing could be more truer than this. No matter how brilliant a Startup idea is, knowing the scope of it as well as its place is essential.

Various factors of a Country, ie, PESTEL (Political, Economical, Social, Technological, Environmental and Legal) cannot be overlooked as it can cause a startup to either fail or prevent it from reaching its full potential.

The following are the number of startups (highest to lowest) of various countries (IN PICTURES).

The complete list is available at http://www.startupranking.com/countries

Now the debate is should I join the herd or take the road less travelled ?

This is a non-quantifiable question and a risky one at that.

One can attempt to answer this question using a plethora of parameters based on PESTEL factors as well as how strong and innovative the idea is.
