IndiGo – Completely Disappointed with Once again with his Experience.
Checkinn Baggage on 3rd Dec now it's 6th Day Passed but No update for Bagagge today is 8th Dec.
Again same experience with at the airport was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
We were made to wait from 8:30 AM till 11:00 PM without clear information, proper announcements, or any accountability from the ground team. The flight was delayed endlessly and later cancelled, yet passengers were not informed proactively. Even after cancellation, baggage was not released on time, leaving travellers helpless and clueless.
As members of the travel industry, we understand operational challenges — but this level of mismanagement, lack of communication, and total neglect of passenger urgency is shocking. Many travellers had important commitments; we personally missed a critical event in Hyderabad and lost an entire day.
The ground staff seemed helpless and unable to assist in any meaningful way. Is this the kind of service IndiGo believes passengers deserve?
Will IndiGo take responsibility for the loss, inconvenience, and stress caused today?
Will we be reimbursed for our losses?
Passengers deserve communication, transparency, and respect — not silence and chaos.
