"School Chale Hum"? It was the jingle for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (Education for All Movement), a government initiative launched in the early 2000s to provide universal elementary education. The ad campaign, featuring children from diverse backgrounds, was a hit, encouraging kids to go to school and learn. The campaign, backed by the charismatic leadership of former Prime Minister - late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and former President - late Shri A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, remains a nostalgic reminder of India's commitment to education.
