Vixen Safety and Rigging Services ltd I have been working and training alongside my partner for over 8 years on set providing rope and water safety cover for film and TV. So busy busy.

More recently i have taken more interest in learning about the stunt Rigging side of the business, and have been on set more and more for the stunts and whenever possible taken the opportunities that have presented to gain experience in this exciting and varied field. This little business I have created may one day be my only job, but for now I do as much as I can alongside my regular job as an HGV driver, I also look after the driver training and tacho compliance for the 40 plus drivers at my work. I set this business up to allow me to re invest the money i earn within the industry to progress my training and personal development and allow me to dip my toe into the world if running my own company. Its all very exciting and i hope you enjot the content i share from time to time on the work that i have been doing,

Something a bit different this week. With a regular customer tasking us with flying the camera rather than the cast. Absolutely LOVED the exciting new challenge. And they were super happy with the shots they got so all in all a great three days on cardiff. Excited to see how it looks in the finished edit.
Was a head scratcher at times for Tack but the rig he had us build was smooth, fast and stable so all in all a win win. Loved being part of the camera dept. 😃😃😃🔥

URGENT JOB POSTING - CELEBRATIONS - We're looking for a strong actress (aged 28-30yrs) with a timeless look, who knows how to throw a mean on pitch celebration on the football field. It will be on grass and in mud and it would be an added bonus if alongside a celebration slide you can play football. It is for one of our clients and is a commercial shoot in the North West of England w/c 1st June (so ideally a local hire). The client would ideally love to see an example of this on a self tape if shortlisted. Last day today. Lovely sushi again last night then work today sorting the kit to move back to the studio. Really appreciative to have been able to experience Bollywood. The people have been amazing. I’ve not seen much of actual Mumbai but hopefully will get the chance to come back again.

Day two on set in Mumbai. No post on day one as with the flight and then straight into a night shift I was a sleepy person on wrap. Amazing set and fantastic people. Absolutely loving this experience. Bagged myself a t shirt from the local stunt guys today as well. 😂
Few bug bites and some fab rigs on the go so far.

Well that’s my visa application submitted, and assuming all is ok I’m off to work on my first Bollywood film on Monday. EEEEEKKKKK That’s a bit exciting. 40degree heat may be a bit testing. But a nice change from frozen windscreens. 😃
