Case : & Halala

Raziya Bano got married to Md. Arif in 2015 within a year he gave her Triple Talaq. She was forced to undergo 'Halala' with brother-in-law Jahid. The 'Talaq-Halala' process continued for five times from 2015 to 2022.

Raziya filed a police complaint against her husband & family in April 2022. To date she is not getting any money from her in-laws & is struggling to make ends meet. She is currently living with her parents.

Filing a report on how women are still struggling with Triple Talaq.
