Creamy Avocado Toast

Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
* 1 slice of bread (whole wheat or sourdough recommended)
* 1 ripe avocado, pitted and scooped
* 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
* 1/4 tomato, finely chopped
* 1/2 green chili, finely chopped (optional, adjust to your spice preference)
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
* 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
* Pinch of black pepper
* Pinch of black salt
* 1 teaspoon butter
* Pinch of red chili flakes (adjust to your spice preference)
* Pinch of dried oregano

Instructions:
* Toast the bread: Toast your bread to your desired level of crispiness.
* Mash the avocado: In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or leave it slightly chunky, depending on your preference.
* Mix in the toppings: Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chili (if using), coriander leaves, lemon juice, black pepper, black salt, red chili flakes, and oregano to the mashed avocado. Mix well to combine.

Boba Tea Recipe

Ingredients: Sabudana powder, Powdered sugar, Cornflour, Food colour, Water, Maple syrup,Milk

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare Boba Pulps:

Mix Sabudana Powder, powdered sugar, cornflour, food colour and some water and knead well. And prepare a dough.

Make small round balls from the dough.

Boil water on the gas and add the prepared balls to it.

Boil the balls until they are cooked well and get a bright colour.

Remove the balls and keep them aside.

2. Prepare Milk and Maple Syrup:

Take a glass- Add two teaspoon of maple syrup to it (you can also use syrup of your choice). Mix milk in it and keep it aside.

3. Prepare the tea:

Make black tea (like you would regular tea), but add less sugar since the boba and maple syrup will already add sweetness. Let the black tea cool.

4. Serve the boba tea:

Pour the black tea into the prepared glasses. Pour the milk and maple syrup mixture on top. Finally, add the boiled boba pulp.

Your boba tea is ready.

Turn your everyday rice into a flavorful adventure with this quick and easy homemade Fried Rice! Perfect for lunch, dinner, or anytime you crave something spicy and delicious.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

Veggies: Cabbage (shredded), Carrot (diced), Broccoli (small florets), Onion (chopped)

Flavors: Ginger (minced), Garlic (minced), Green Chilli ( small chopped)

Staples: Cooked Rice (2 cups)

Sauces & Spices: Schezwan (1 tsp), Soya sauce (1 tsp), Tomato ketchup (1 tsp), Red chili sauce (1 tsp), Vinegar (½ tsp), Maggi Masala

For Garnish: Chopped coriander leaves

Oil for stir-frying

Steps to Make:
1️⃣ Cook the Rice: Use leftover rice or boil fresh rice and let it cool for better texture.
2️⃣ Stir-fry the Aromatics: Heat oil in a wok, sauté minced ginger, garlic, and onions until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add the Veggies: Toss in the cabbage, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry on high heat until lightly cooked but still crunchy.
4️⃣ Mix the Sauces & Spices: Add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, ketchup, red chili sauce, vinegar, and Maggi Masala. Stir everything well to coat the veggies.
5️⃣ Toss in the Rice: Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly so it soaks up all the flavors. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped coriander on top for a fresh finish. Serve hot and enjoy!

Packed with pasta, fresh veggies, and bold flavors, this dish is perfect for any time!

Ingredients: Pasta, carrot, broccoli, onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, butter, oil, salt, red chili paste, oregano, chili flakes, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, Maggi masala, coriander.

Method:
1️⃣ Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water with a drizzle of oil. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare Veggies: Blanch broccoli and carrots in boiling water for 2 mins to soften slightly.
3️⃣ Sauté Aromatics: Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, and chili, followed by onions. Sauté till golden.
4️⃣ Stir-fry Veggies: Add blanched veggies and stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 mins.
5️⃣ Flavor It Up: Mix in red chili paste, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, Maggi masala, and spices. Cook for 1-2 mins.
6️⃣ Combine Pasta & Sauce: Toss pasta into the sauce and mix well to coat evenly.
7️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh coriander and serve hot.
