A shocking incident has been reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Basti district, where an 11-year-old boy was allegedly thrown into a burning tandoor during a wedding after repeatedly taking rasgullas from the dessert counter. According to reports, the catering contractor became enraged over the child’s actions and, in a fit of anger, pushed him towards the clay oven, causing him to fall into the fire and suffer severe burn injuries.
The boy was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and later referred to a medical college in Lucknow for advanced treatment. Police have registered an FIR in the case and launched a search operation for the accused, who fled the scene after the incident. The incident has triggered widespread outrage, raising serious concerns about safety and accountability at public gatherings.
