Tucked in the heritage lanes of Fort, Yazdani Bakery and Restaurant is one of Mumbai’s last surviving Irani cafés, established in 50s by the Iranian Zoroastrian community.

Known for its old-world charm—wooden benches, marble-top tables, and walls filled with vintage quotes—it has preserved a slice of the city’s past. The bakery is especially loved for its brun maska, mawa cakes, and classic Irani chai, recipes that have remained unchanged for decades.

More than just a café, Yazdani stands as a living reminder of Mumbai’s Irani café culture—where conversations, simplicity, and tradition come together over a cup of tea.

On a quiet street in Hanoi, a young Vietnamese woman rides her bicycle, carrying handmade ceramic pots and bowls. Each piece reflects careful work, tradition, and skill passed down through generations.

There is no shop—just her, her cycle, and her craft. The bicycle becomes her livelihood, moving slowly through the city with the weight of handmade stories.

This simple moment shows something powerful: in Vietnam, hard work and craftsmanship are still a part of everyday life.

Sometimes, inspiration doesn’t arrive with noise.
It quietly walks in… or in this case, scurries down an AC unit.

I caught this little visitor in a moment of pure curiosity—no rush, no fear, just exploring its path. And it made me pause.

There’s a beautiful story often told about Walt Disney—how a small mouse moving around his workspace sparked the idea of creating one of the most iconic characters in history. From that tiny moment came a world of imagination that still lives today.

And here I was, watching this little creature…
Not a cartoon, not a character—just real, raw life unfolding.

There’s a specific kind of magic in the way the morning light hits these yellow walls. Set against the towering trees and the iconic red flags of Vietnam, the Hanoi People’s Council building is a masterpiece of symmetry and scale. Watching the locals cycle past this grand landmark reminds us that even in a city of millions, there are moments of perfect, quiet beauty. Exploring the heart of the capital today!

Built in the 19th century, this place was once meant only for royalty. Emperors came here to pay respect to their ancestors and seek blessings for the kingdom.

Not just a place to see… but a place to feel.

Thế Miếu Temple, Imperial City of Huế, Vietnam.

Stepping into this courtyard honestly feels like going back in time. This is Thế Miếu , the ancestral temple of the Nguyen Dynasty emperors.

Built in the 19th century, this place was once meant only for royalty. Emperors came here to pay respect to their ancestors and seek blessings for the kingdom.

What really stays with you is the calmness — the grand bronze incense urn, the long red-and-gold hall, and the perfectly balanced courtyard. Everything feels peaceful, powerful, and deeply rooted in history.

Part of the UNESCO-listed Imperial City of Huế, this space beautifully reflects Vietnam’s rich heritage and timeless architecture.
