Sad to find out that Ba Tita Fokum has passed on along with Pa Dennis Fokum my grandmas brother. This was Pa Tita at my grandmas burial almost 11yrs ago. I hope they have all reunited on the other side with my grandparents Mami Monica and papa John. The end of an era 💔😔🥺

I miss you grandma and grandpa! RIP!

The dog days of winter. The big snow storm came through a few weeks ago, dumped lots of snow and it’s been freezing ever since. I’ve been hanging out at home a lot trying to keep warm in my apartment in NYC. Counting down until spring. 🌷

2025 tested me.
The launch of my mobile app app Challenged me.
And rewarded me in ways I didn’t expect.
I’m incredibly proud of what l’ve built, learned, and overcame.
The quiet wins.
The visible milestones.
And the growth that didn’t make it into a post.

What did I learn? The real work is learning how to stay the course. 👩🏾‍💻

The best gift under the tree this year was having my sister here with me. 🎄 We spent Christmas catching up and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Our Christmas menu:

Ekwang (coco yam grated and wrapped in collard greens, palm oil, fish and seasonings )🥬

💰I have my hands in many bags. 💰

Government contracting being a big one. Contracts in this space can range from six figures to multi-millions. The government is the largest client in the world with the biggest budgets to spend.

You know about the app too 😉 because it’s all about building multiple sources of income. We’re no longer chasing small bags, we’re going after the big girl bag and working smarter not harder. A millionaire in the making. My only competition is myself.

If you’re on this path too, stay the course. Learn the system, bet on yourself, and don’t rush the process.

Whoever said life begins at 40 wasn’t kidding finally all the puzzle pieces are coming together 🥳
