For those who don’t know me, I am the Founder & Producer at Fishbone Pictures, a Mumbai-based creative film & content production company. We work across advertising films, digital campaigns, brand films, product shoots, social content, e-commerce videos, corporate films, and more.
We love collaborating with brands, agencies, and creators to bring ideas to life with strong storytelling and reliable ex*****on.

Fishbone Pictures is looking for a Sales / Business Development Representative to join us.

What the role involves: Identifying and reaching out to brands, agencies, and potential clients. Driving new business opportunities for advertising films, product shoots & content production. Managing relationships, pitching our services, and closing deals. Keeping a pulse on industry trends, collaborations, and growth opportunities.Commission-based + performance-driven structure (can discuss based on experience).

Who this is for: Someone who loves achieving targets and closing deals. Someone who has worked in a similar field — preferably advertising, production, agency sales, creator ecosystem, or content studios. A strong network + understanding of how brand and agency workflows operate. Confident communicator with a passion for sales & client servicing. Self-driven, proactive, and excited to grow with a creative team.

1. Has 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a film production house, video production company or and advertising agency.
2 . Holds an MBA in Marketing, Advertising, and Media Production (or equivalent)—because you’ll need those smarts.
3. Lives in Mumbai or is happy to attend our weekly meetings. (We love seeing your face IRL!)
4. Is a lead-fishing pro with an eye for opportunities and the charm to seal the deal.
5. Loves working with a team that believes in growing together. If it’s all about you, you, you, this isn’t your gig.
6.Brings enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a sprinkle of quirkiness to work every day.

What You’ll Do

1. Be our connection maker: Build and maintain relationships that last longer than a feature film’s runtime.
2. Hook new leads: You’ll be out there reeling in the hottest opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships.
3. Win projects like a pro: Your pitches will make our clients say, “Take my money!”
4. Help us grow bigger and better: Work with the team to spot trends and plan the next big move.
