We thanks for highlighting this important and dangerous issue. This restaurant Tri O spice is hardly 100 mtr from the N ward office Ghatkopar East, Still N ward AMC Mr. Gajana Bellare is not able to take any action despite giving Notices and Speaking Order
We have repeatedly brought to his knowledge and even after giving in writing no action till date.
Dont know what is stoping him ??
Hope now this unauthorised Shed will be removed for which they have given the MRTP notice and Speaking order in may-june.
And As we have mentioned in our letter, that BMC norms are not being followed like open to sky, no kitchen on the terrace and others, all this will also be taken care of and appropriate action will be taken by N ward.

Heavy rainfall today triggered a landslide near Shiv Bhagtani, close to SM Shetty School. Large boulders from Powai Hill tumbled down, causing damage to several parked vehicles. Fortunately, there have been no reported injuries. A stark reminder of nature’s power.
There are lot of such area in Mulund, Bhandup and Vikhroli. Stay safe ...

All footpaths have been encouraged by illegal stalls and illegal banners.
Even after bringing to the knowledge of your officers no action is been taken ??
Why ?? Do they have any vested interest ??
