This webisode depicts the prevailing trends in India regarding glamour industry. As we all know, Bollywood is full of star kids and rich people. they get role easy because of money and power. The real talent suffers because of this lacunae in glamour industry. Hardly , we see any outsider becoming a star or a super star. But how many people actually come to Mumbai city with the dream of becoming a super star ? And how many actually become ? I must say one in millions . This webisode of honest interviews 3 by Vamika Singh is a reflection of whats happening in the industry of pump and show . This writer is of the opinion that only those people who already have an established name in industry are able to get work. Those who are really talented don't even get a single chance to perform .
