Sir JJ College of Architecture is to be inspected by the Council of Architecture on 3rd and 4th of April 2019. The inspection committee members are

Shilpasagar will be released at the hands of the inspection committee members.

Copies of Shilpasagar will be available for sale at the C M Master Hall on April 3rd.

After the event, an interactive session with the CoA members and our Visiting Faculty and our Alumni is organised between 4PM to 5PM.
Do come and meet them. Your visit will benefit the college in many ways.

It has been a great year for Shilpasagar. From landmark interviews to a truly collaborative production process, the upcoming issue of the magazine has been a great learning opportunity for everybody who was associated with it. Shilpasagar 2016 is a labour of love, where the team has tried to live upto the benchmarks set up by the past issues, and the legacy they inherited. This magazine has been made possible by the unconditional support extended by the college authorities, the faculties, the student council, the contributors, and the magazine printer. We cannot thank them enough for their patience.

Blue FROG, the iconic music venue, has announced it shall move out of its current location soon. An example of industrial warehouses of Bombay's old textile mills being put to adaptive reuse, Blue FROG was conceived as a restaurant-cum-performance venue. Its impact on Bombay's local music scene cannot be overstated.

Keep an eye out for Shilpasagar 2016 to learn about the ideas and concepts behind this iconic design, in keeping with this year's theme, 'Art & Architecture'.
