It was a great honor for me to serve as a jury member for non-fiction films at the International Film Festival in Goa. Over the course of 15 days, I had the privilege of watching more than 200 films. This journey was both a learning and an exciting experience, as it deepened my understanding of storytelling in short films and documentaries.
Out of the 200 films, our jury panel meticulously selected 20 outstanding entries. I am proud to have been part of the discussions and the collaborative decision-making process that led to these choices.
Over the years, I have attended more than 15 international film festivals as a movie enthusiast, but this opportunity was particularly special. Being appointed by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the NFDC as a jury member was a humbling and enriching experience.
The festival in Goa was an incredible platform for creativity and learning, and I feel truly fortunate to have contributed to it in this capacity.
