If you’re looking for a Japanese dining experience in Mumbai that goes beyond just sushi and ramen, Robata Kuuraku is definitely worth checking out. The restaurant has a very lively Japanese-inspired setup and the moment you walk in, it genuinely feels like you’ve stepped into a little slice of Japan alongside the energetic ambience.

Best Italian Food in Mumbai 😍

You need to add this place to your list! 🇮🇹🍕

We started with their crispy fried chicken, followed by the tortellini four cheese pasta - creamy, cheesy and absolutely delicious.

But the real star of the show? Their pizzas! 🍕

We tried the Confit Chicken & Burrata, and honestly, it was so good till the very last bite.

The drinks were super refreshing, and we ended on a sweet note with their spectacular desserts. Dark chocolate mousse was indulgent, and their Tiramisu is definitely worth trying too!

We visited EIGHT at Phoenix Palladium for lunch and tried their set lunch menu that amounted to ₹1190 (veg) and ₹1290 (non veg) respectively. This resto is known for their Pan Asian food and we ended up having a great time altogether. Located in the second floor of East Zone, this place has a premium ambience and setup and makes up for the perfect dining experience.

Taking you through what all we had on their menu:

We started off with the Sweet Corn Soup

Next was the Sushi section. King Prawn Tempura was crunchy and flavourful at the same time. Meanwhile, the Asparagus Tempura Roll was crispy and wrapped into Purple rice sushi roll.

For Dimsums, we had the Spicy Coriander Chicken Dimsum that was purple hued with chicken and coriander fillings. Really melt in mouth and juicy. The other option was Chicken Gyoza which was pan fried with a crisp base. Quite savoury and equally good.

For small plates, we tried both non vegetarian options. Starting with Crushed Pepper Chicken that was peppery and aromatic with tender chicken. The sauce was really tasty here. The other option was Kung Pao Chicken which was the classical sweet and spicy. Enjoyable till the last bite.

For Mains, we selected a comforting bowl of Chicken Ramen consisting of pan seared chicken. It was a heart filling bowl and we had an amazing time. The next one was fragrant Chicken Thai Chilli Basil Sauce which was aromatic and served with steamed rice.

For desserts, they served us blueberry cheesecake pastries which was a good tasty treat before we signed off.

We also ordered add-on mocktails which were not a part of the set lunch menu, Butterfly Fizz (Recommended) & Red Bull Iced Tea.
