Consistency for Lodestar UM is not just about always-on excellence in media strategy but also about steady commitment to social change. Lodestar UM’s Impact Day has been seeding transformation one cause at a time.
The theme this year was Community, brought to life through a special initiative focused on giving back to underrepresented groups.
We invited NGOs, shelter homes, and orphanages to erect pop-up stalls within our office premises on 10th July, Impact Day 2025. These stalls showcased handmade products crafted by women and children from these organizations – skilled individuals who rarely get the opportunity to display their talents due to lack of access or financial constraints.
By offering them space at no cost, we helped remove the hurdle of fees they would have paid to set up stalls in commercial spaces and connected them directed with our teams.
Their products included handmade accessories, bags, purses, home décor, pickles, crochet items, cutlery and fruit basket covers. All proceeds from sales went directly to the organizations, supporting their daily operations and communities. A small but powerful way of creating positive social impact and enabling Lodestar UM’ers to contribute in a meaningful way.
Some of the NGOs who participated were Etasha Society, Spastics Society of Karnataka, Little Angels, Vidya NGO, Srujna, Shraddha Charitable Trust and Aseema Foundation.
