"Dhoomil"
It depicts the brightness of newly found independence gradually turning into hopelessness. The independence, which was presented and envisioned like a movie script of colorful fantasy (PATKATHA) is tested on the ground of reality through the stage presentation of this poem. Covered under bloodshed of partition, India played the role of Shantidoot. Following Satyam Shivam Sundram but consistently bleeding, sometimes due to war on borders and sometimes due to trechery by own people. The dark reality is revealed, full blown, through this poem. It's time, we know the reality and pledge to make a humane India.
