This is how we make our Curry Cubes 🌶️

Oil from Algae Cooking Club 🧄
What we use:
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 2 medium onions
• 5 cloves garlic
• 2 long green chilies
• 1 small can tomato paste
• Red chili powder
• Turmeric
• Cumin
• Coriander
• Salt
Sauté everything together until soft, blend until smooth, then freeze into cubes. We always keep these stocked for an easy curry base whenever we need it !✍🏽🧄🌱🍅
