What must Mary Magdalene have felt as she watched Jesus being crucified? 🥲💔

She had seen Him bring hope to the broken, show mercy to sinners, and change lives with His love. She had experienced His compassion herself. And now she stood there, watching the One who had given her hope being beaten, wounded, and nailed to the cross.

Perhaps she wanted to do something—anything—to stop His suffering. But there was nothing she could do except remain there and watch. 🥺

Every strike, every wound, every drop of blood… she had to witness it.

And maybe the hardest part was knowing who He was. This was not simply an innocent man suffering. This was the One she loved, the One she followed, the One she believed in.

Yet Jesus remained on that cross.

Not because He was powerless to come down, but because He chose to stay. ❤️✝️

Mary Magdalene could not understand everything that was happening in that moment. She could only watch through tears. But what looked like the darkest moment was becoming the greatest sacrifice of love the world had ever known.

She watched Him die… so that one day, she could witness Him rise. 🥹❤️✝️

Christian missionaries and communities have played an important role in India’s journey—especially through education, healthcare, social service and care for the poor.

From schools and colleges to hospitals and charitable institutions, their contribution has touched millions of lives.

And beyond institutions, countless Indian Christians have served this nation quietly—as teachers, doctors, nurses, social workers, soldiers and citizens.

Christianity is not separate from India’s story.
Indian Christians are part of India’s story. 🇮🇳❤️
