About Yash (Naveen Kumar Gowda):
Born as Naveen Kumar Gowda on January 8, 1986, in a small village in the Hassan district of Karnataka, Yash came from a very modest background with no connections to the film industry. His father, Arun Kumar, worked as a driver for the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC).
Chasing his passion for acting, Yash moved to Bengaluru with just ₹300 in his pocket, facing immense struggles including sleeping on streets during his early days. He started his career working in theater troupes like Benaka and acted in popular television serials before making his feature film debut. His perseverance eventually paid off, leading to blockbusters like Mr. and Mrs. Ramachari and catapulting into a nationwide phenomenon with the historic success of the K.G.F. franchise (as Rocky Bhai), transforming him into one of Indian cinema's biggest superstars.
