On day 7, Saiyaara sold 420.39K tickets on BookMyShow. It remained slightly better than 418.9K tickets sold on Wednesday. The overall BMS sales have reached 4.32 million in the first week.

Vicky Kaushal led Chhaava currently holds the title of highest BMS sales of 2025. It has registered ticket sales of 5.44 million. In order to beat the epic historical action drama, Saiyaara only needs a 25% jump.

Saiyaara is sure to take the #1 spot, and it may bridge the gap by the completion of the second weekend at the box office. Exciting times ahead!

In terms of all-time highest BMS sales in Bollywood, Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer stands at the 7th spot. It will soon beat Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

At the time of writing, Saiyaara and Metro In Dino, both have the exact same IMDb user rating of 7.6/10. Since IMDb ratings can fluctuate as more viewers share their opinions, it’ll be interesting to see whether either film pulls more numbers in the coming days.

Directed by Mohit Suri, the film’s underlying plot revolves around two youngsters, Vaani and Krish (played by Ahaan Panday & Aneet Padda). While Vaani is a passionate writer, Krish is a hot-headed, struggling singer. But when the two meet, sparks fly, and they create music that reflects their emotions. Despite their contrasting worlds, it becomes clear they’re meant for each other, but will they even realize it in time with all their problems and insecurities?

Described as a spiritual sequel to the 2007 film Life in a… Metro, this anthology features four bittersweet love stories. Written and directed by Anurag Basu, the plots revolve around four Indian couples and their lives and relationships across five metro cities – Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore. The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, and Saswata Chatterjee in major roles.

YRF-backed musical romantic drama is made on a budget of 45 crores, which means it has already emerged as a massive success at the box office, earning almost 4X the profits in a week.

Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda’s Bollywood debut has now become the highest-grossing romantic film in the post-COVID era. It has surpassed Ranveer Singh & Alia Bhatt’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and Ranbir Kapoor & Shraddha Kapoor‘s Tu Jhoothi Mai Makkaar by a considerable margin.

As one may have noticed, Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda have axed one movie each of the Bollywood power couple, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, who enjoy a massive pull at the box office!
