Gulkanda Icecream - Festival Season Special
The festive season is starting and we wanted to make a special effort to put across a special recipe. We made the Gulkanda Icecream. It turned out so tasty and beautiful that you will love it too.
JUST BASIC INGREDIENTS -
1. Full Fat Milk - 1/2 litre
2. Fresh Cream - 500 grams
3. Rose Petals - 6 Indian roses
4. Rose Syrup - 1/4 bowl
5. Milk Powder - 1 bowl
6. Gulkanda - 2 to 3 tablespoons
Its a very easy process to make this amazing Icecream. You will love this so much that you will never order Icecream from outside again.
Process -
1. Take all the above ingredients mix them well in a blender FOR 15 MINS and create an Icecream base. Once the Icecream base is ready. Garnish it with fresh rose petals and freeze it for 12 hours.
Your lovely Icecream is ready then.
