If someone is worried and is cooking for you, after eating that food you too will be worried.
If someone is upset and is cooking for you, after eating you too will be upset about something in your life.

And I too strongly believe in this. However, my constantly telling this to people around me, has fallen on deaf ears. People do not understand vibrations and energies. So though I understand why certain foods spoil or not enough or affecting people, I try to keep quiet now for my own peace. For me, the cook's emotional personality also matters than just his or her cooking skills (that's the basic requirement).

I remember when I first delved into the science of vibrations and frequencies, I was judged and thought to be going on an non-religious or satanic path. This pained me a lot emotionally and confused me too, as going away from Divine was never the intention. However my constant work on comparative studies has taught me some things which has calmed my mind. It also taught me how certain old Knowledge has been imbibed in various religions through Spirituality. And that spirituality goes by various names, which has again been judged by many 'self proclaimed righteous people'. May God forgive all.

Knowledge is Power. 'Rabbi Zidni Ilma' (My Lord, increase me in knowledge). Think before judging others. And carry positive vibrations with you.
