We engaged M/s SM Smartygen Media Networks Pvt Ltd, Chennai (Brand - Shortfundly) for promotion and OTT distribution.

Directors as per MCA Public Records:
1. Mr. Muniyandi Selvam
2. Ms. Siva Batham Vidhyalakshmi

After taking an upfront payment, no promised work was delivered. Team has stopped responding to calls/emails/WhatsApp till date - 28th Aug 2026. No refund processed.

We have agreement copy, payment receipt and chat history. Complaint filed on cybercrime.gov.in.

This is only for awareness so other producers do due diligence.

To the company - we are still open to resolve. Please complete work or refund.
