1) fresher 2d flash animators with some basic knowledge of character poses, and software skills.( Training in studio level flash animation will be provided)

2) fresher After effects compositors.

amongst 100 teams/300 candidates ( 3 people in each team) this was my entry for Pre-production competition in 2015 conducted by and . we were given just one hour where we had to come up with a concept, convince other candidates to be on the frame for you( they were busy in their respective competitions), enhance the footage and execute the whole pre-production. I won the 1st prize for the same.
