Supriya wanted to make things a little spicy 🌶️ 🥵. Little did she know that she was going to get more than what she had asked for. Momo is already a favourite around here, but I’ve always felt they deserve more than the same red chutney every single time. So for the first experiment in the lab, I made three completely different dips:

- a sweet and tangy Sweet Corn & Chilli chutney
- a nutty and tangy Peanut & Tamarind chutney
- a sweet, spicy Pineapple chutney

Three chutneys, three very different personalities, and one very important question: which one are you dipping first?

Consider this the beginning of my chutney experiments. There will be more.
