JD for Content Writer
We are looking for a Content Writer who has experience writing high-quality content. You will be responsible for our website and growing its traffic and leads. This means researching a topic to find unique insights that provide readers with new, useful information and advice. You will have the opportunity to pursue professional development and performance-based bonuses.
• At least 2 years of professional experience writing for online publications as member of internal team or staff member (not looking for heavy freelancing experience)
• Proven ability to communicate complex topics in ways that are relatable and understandable for readers.
• Able to bring unique, thoughtful insights to your content that aren’t already on Google. This can come from research or personal experience.
• Well-versed with SEO and writing high-quality content that passes the ""Google Test""
• A strong understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) and how to incorporate a brand naturally into content when appropriate.
• Highly organized and able to manage your time to meet deadlines.
• Proven experience delivering value-based communications.
• Well-organized; ability to multitask and possess excellent time management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, both in writing and in project completion.
• Creative writing skills with the ability to craft a story to support a competitive selling strategy
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
