Dudh sitoi pitha🤤Step:1Mix rice flour, salt & water together with a spoon or spatula. The thickness of the batter would be like crepe batter. Slightly thick to cover the back of a spoon and flowy.Cover and rest it for 30 minutes.Step:2Take an tawa and grease it, stir batter and pour 1/2 cup in each. Cover pan and cook for about 8 minutes. Uncover pan and remove pitha.Take out and keep in a covered pan to keep it hot and moistStep3Boil full-fat milk on low flame for 15 minutes. Add Suger or jaggery ,2-3 cardamom ,kaju,kismis and coconut to it.Mix well…. Switch off the flame.Step4Next place the hot pithas in this thickened sweetened milk. Rest for 2-3 hours for them to soak .. then itself ready to serve….
