Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan – Brief Note
State Lab for District Change Coaches / District Master Trainers
(Districts: Akola, Amravati, Buldhana, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Hingoli, Nagpur, Nanded, Wardha, Washim, Yavatmal, Gondia)
Aim
To institutionalise responsive governance in tribal regions of India through a multi-tiered capacity-building cascade.
Approach
Regional/State Process Labs (RPL/SPL): Transformative learning spaces.
Experiential pedagogy: Reflection, peer learning, authentic leadership.
Safe Spaces (Muttaram/Aangan): Equality, openness, self-awareness.
Key Objectives
Build a cadre of District Master Trainers (DMTs).
Coach block staff for village-level outcomes.
Support frontline workers in service delivery and awareness.
Develop Change Coaches as pioneers of responsive governance.
Expected Outputs (SPL)
Commitments at individual, institutional, and community levels.
District & Block-level process lab modules.
Workbook for planning and implementation.
Trained cadre of District Change Coaches (DMTs).
