3. Avoid trying new products (to preventies breakouts).

4. Use a Vitamin C serum for glow and even skin tone.

5. Exfoliate and apply a face mask once a week

6.0il your hair weekly and use hair masks.

7. Sleep 7-8 hrs (to avoid dark circles).

8.Drink 2.5-3L water daily.

9. Avoid excessive sugar, junk, fried foods
