बस यहीं से रिश्ते टूटने लगते हैं।

✨ Relationship का solution perfect इंसान ढूँढना नहीं,
बल्कि imperfect इंसान को understanding के साथ accept करना है।

गुस्से में चुप रहना नहीं।
Respect दीजिए,
sirf love बोलने से रिश्ता नहीं चलता।

Autism vs ADHD Child 🧩⚡

Many people think Autism and ADHD are the same, but both are different conditions.
Let’s understand in simple words 👇

🧩 Autism (ASD) Child:

• Difficulty in social interaction
• Less eye contact
• Likes fixed routines and repetition
• Sensitive to loud sounds, lights, or touch
• May prefer staying in their own world
• Communication or speech difficulties can happen

⚡ ADHD Child:

• Very hyperactive and restless
• Difficulty focusing or sitting still
• Gets distracted easily
• Acts impulsively without thinking
• Always wants movement or activity
• Difficulty following instructions or studies

💡 Important Thing:
Autism and ADHD are not caused by “bad parenting.”
These are neurological conditions, and with proper support, therapy, patience, and understanding, children can grow beautifully ❤️

They need understanding, not judgment.

बहुत लोग Autism और ADHD को एक जैसा समझते हैं, लेकिन दोनों अलग conditions हैं।
आइए आसान भाषा में समझते हैं 👇

🧩 Autism (ASD) Child:

• Social interaction में परेशानी
• Eye contact कम करना
• एक जैसी routine पसंद करना
• तेज आवाज़, light या touch से परेशानी होना
• अपनी दुनिया में रहना पसंद करना
• Communication या speech में difficulty होना

⚡ ADHD Child:

• बहुत ज्यादा hyper और restless होना
• ध्यान एक जगह ना लग पाना
• जल्दी distract हो जाना
• बिना सोचे impulsive behavior करना
• हर समय movement या activity में रहना
• पढ़ाई या instructions follow करने में परेशानी होना

💡 जरूरी बात:
Autism और ADHD “गलत parenting” की वजह से नहीं होते।
यह neurological conditions हैं, और सही support, therapy, patience और understanding से बच्चे बहुत अच्छा grow कर सकते हैं ❤️

उन्हें judge नहीं, understand करने की ज़रूरत है।

एक छोटी सी चिड़िया रोज़ समुद्र किनारे जाकर अपनी चोंच में पानी भरकर उड़ जाती थी।
किसी ने पूछा — “इतने बड़े समुद्र को तुम कैसे खाली करोगी?”

चिड़िया मुस्कुराई और बोली —
“मैं समुद्र नहीं, अपनी हिम्मत साबित कर रही हूँ।” ✨

ज़िंदगी में मंज़िल बड़ी हो तो डरना मत,
छोटे-छोटे कदम ही बड़े सपनों तक पहुँचाते हैं। 💛

एक प्यारी सी Good Morning Motivational Story:

सुबह का समय था। एक चिड़िया अपने घोंसले से बाहर झाँक रही थी। मौसम थोड़ा ठंडा था, और उसे बाहर निकलने का मन नहीं कर रहा था।

फिर उसने सोचा—
“अगर आज नहीं उड़ूँगी, तो खाना कैसे मिलेगा?”

डर के बावजूद उसने छोटे-छोटे पंख फड़फड़ाए… और उड़ान भर ली।

कुछ ही देर में उसे दाना भी मिल गया और आसमान की आज़ादी भी।

सीख:
हर सुबह एक नया मौका होती है…
डर लगे फिर भी पहला कदम उठाओ, रास्ते खुद बन जाते हैं।
