I am deeply honored to have attended the valedictory function of the week-long Maghey Sankranti Mela, a historic event in the annals of Sikkim. The event featured vibrant cultural performances, sporting activities, and various programs, concluding the festive period on a high note.

My heartiest gratitude goes out to all the departments of the administration, the police force, and the people of Sikkim for their incredible support in maintaining peace and harmony throughout this iconic Mela, which remained open 24 hours—a remarkable feat in the state's history.

It was an absolute delight to witness the electrifying concert by the legendary Singer, Padma Shri Kailash Kher Ji and his band, Kailasa, alongside the sensational Indian Idol Season 12 winner, Shri Pawandeep Rajan Ji. Their soulful performances added a magical touch to this historic celebration.

Congratulations to the Jhapa XI Nepal team for winning the All India 10th Chief Minister’s Gold Cup, with Church Boys United Nepal as the runner-up. Both teams delivered outstanding performances, earlier during the day. The event also included a friendly exhibition match between Former and Present MLAs, highlighting the camaraderie between senior and junior leaders.

Additionally, I visited The Creative Hub, an IPR initiative at Green Park Jorethang, where I explored the innovative stalls and interacted with their owners. This first-of-its-kind initiative at Maghey Sankranti Mela beautifully blends modern and traditional elements, offering a unique experience.

I extend my sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed their time, effort, and dedication to ensure the success of this grand event. Together, we have set a benchmark for hosting such enduring and vibrant celebrations in Sikkim.

गोर्खा राष्ट्रिय मुक्ति मोर्चा, केन्द्रीय समिति ।

माननीय केन्द्रीय गृहमन्त्री श्री अमित शाहको अपचारिक सिलिगुडी भ्रमणले पहाड, तराई, सिलिगुडी र डुवर्सका जनसमुदायमा एउटा नयाँ ऊर्जा उत्पन्न गरेको मैले अनुभूति गरेको छु। यस भ्रमणको क्रममा माननीय सांसद श्री राजु बिष्टसँग माननीय केन्द्रीय गृहमन्त्री श्री अमित शाहको भेटघाटपछि पहाड, तराई, सिलिगुडी र डुवर्सका जनताको दीर्घकालीन र स्थायी राजनीतिक समाधानको लागि जनवरी २०२५ को पहिलो साता भित्र दोस्रो त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता सुरु हुने जानकारी प्राप्त भएको छ।
आगामी जनवरी २०२५ मा सम्पन्न हुने त्रिपक्षीय बैठक गोर्खाहरूको लागि राजनैतिक समाधान प्राप्त गर्ने दिशामा एक महत्त्वपूर्ण कदम हो। हामी हार्दिकतापूर्वक आशा र प्रार्थना गर्दछौं कि यो वार्ताले आपसी समझदारीलाई प्रोत्साहन गर्नेछ र साझा आकांक्षाहरूलाई पूरा गर्न अर्थपूर्ण प्रगतिको आधार तयार गर्नेछ। यस त्रिपक्षीय वार्ताले हाम्रो समुदायको उज्जवल भविष्य निर्माण गर्ने सम्भावना बोकेको छ। मैले दृढ विश्वास लिएको छु कि वार्ता नै अगाडि बढ्ने एक मात्र मार्ग हो।
। गोर्खा जातिको समस्यालाई समाधान गर्न हामी सबैले गरेका प्रयासहरूलाई भारत सरकारले गम्भीरतापूर्वक लिएकोमा म आभार व्यक्त गर्दछु । भारत सरकारले गोर्खा समुदायप्रति देखाएको सम्मान, बलिदान र योगदानको कदर गर्दै स्थायी राजनीतिक समाधानमार्फत संवैधानिक न्याय दिने दिशामा कदम चाल्नु गर्वको विषय हो। जनवरी २०२५ मा हुने त्रिपक्षीय वार्ताले गोर्खा समुदायको हकहित सुनिश्चित गर्दै हाम्रो भविष्यलाई नयाँ आयाम दिन सकोस् भन्ने मेरो प्रार्थना छ।

भाजपाको युवा एकाई वीजेवाईएमको पूर्व जिल्ला महासचिव प्रबेश राई हाम्रो पार्टीमा सामेल।शहरको माल रोड स्थित हाम्रो पार्टीको केन्द्रीय कार्यलय पी कोठीमा पार्टीको सभा सम्पन्न भयो।आयोजित सभामा पार्टीको संस्थापक अध्यक्ष अजय एडवाडर्स,पार्टी केन्द्रीय कार्यकर्ता शारदा राई सुब्बा, युवा एकाई अध्यक्ष राब्गे राई लगायत अन्य केन्द्रीय नेतृत्वहरूको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।आयोजित सभामा हाम्रो पार्टीको भिजन र पार्टी अध्यक्ष अजय एडवाडर्सको इमान्दारिता देखेर प्रबेश राई हाम्रो पार्टीमा सामेल भए। पार्टीको संस्थापक अध्यक्ष अजय एडवाडर्सले प्रबेश राईलाई खदा लगाएर पार्टीको झण्डा सोम्पिए।त्यसरी नै पार्टी केन्द्रीय कार्यकर्ता शारदा राई सुब्बा,युवा एकाई अध्यक्ष राब्गे राई आदिले खदा लगाउँदै पार्टीमा स्वागत जनाए।प्रबेश राईले आफ्नो राजनैतिक यात्रा 2017 मा जन आन्दोलन पार्टीबाट शुरू गरेको थियो।गत 2020 मा उनी भारतीय जनता पार्टीमा सामेल भएका थिए। भाजपाले प्रबेश राईको राजनैतिक इमान्दारिता देखेर भाजपा युवा एकाई वीजेवाईएमको जिल्ला महासचिवको पदभारको दाहित्व सोम्पिएको थियो।हाम्रो पार्टीको भिजन र पार्टी अध्यक्ष अजय एडवाडर्सको इमान्दारिता देखेर आज प्रबेश राई हाम्रो पार्टीमा सामेल भएका छन।
