SDM Hirnager chaired meeting of preparations for celebration of Indepandence Day 2025.

A preparatory meeting was held by SDM Hirnager Phulail singh JKAS in SDM office.The meeting was attended by Tehsiladar Hirnager Anoop Kumar JKAS , Tehsiladar Mahreen Lekh Raj , Tehsildar DingaAmb Amit Upadhyaya , Bdo Hirnanager Suraj Singh , CDPO Hirnager Vijay Laxmi , Bdo Mahreen Javed Ahmed ,Dy Commandant CRPF, Officers from Education , JPDCL,JalShakti ,Socail welfare ,YSS ,Agriculture and police .
All the arrangements were discussed in detail and different committees of officers were framed for making arrangements for successful celebration of National festival .
This year the independence day celebrations shall be held in Busstand Hirnager .
The civil society and general public shall be invited for inclusive celebration of the festival .
All the officers have been directed to ensure submission of ATRs before next meeting .

IGP Jammu promotes 555 Head Constables as ASIs

, Jul 4: 555 head constables were promoted to the next rank of assistant inspector (ASI) in the Jammu region on Friday by IGP Jammu
.

The move aims to strengthen leadership at the grassroots level and enhance operational efficiency

IGP Bhim Sen Tuti expressed confidence that they would serve with greater dedication and professionalism in their new roles.

Tuti said that the promotions recognise their hard work and commitment and urged them to uphold the highest standards of policing.
