Shri Yatra Suspended Amid Heavy Rainfall in Kashmir

The Amarnath Yatra has been suspended for the first time this year following heavy rainfall across Kashmir. The continuous downpour since Tuesday has raised safety concerns along the pilgrimage route, prompting authorities to halt the movement of devotees. Rain has been reported in multiple parts of the Kashmir Valley, leading to waterlogging and slippery tracks on the Yatra route.

THEFT CASES. SOLVED, HUGE QUANTITY OF STOLEN ITEMS RECOVERED

Jammu : In a significant success against property-related crimes, Police Station Arnia has achieved a major breakthrough in a theft case registered under *FIR No. 44/2025 U/S 331(4), 305 BNS.* The case, lodged on the complaint of Surinder Kumar S/o Pritam Singh, R/o Suhagpur, Arnia, involved the alleged accused Rakesh Kumar S/o Subash Chander, R/o R.S. Pura, and others.

Acting swiftly on investigative leads and a crucial disclosure by the accused, a police team from Arnia Police Station led by SHO Arnia,Inspector Dilawar Kumar under the supervision of SDPI R S Pura and SP Headquarters Jammu conducted a targeted recovery operation in village Suhagpur, Arnia.

The operation led to the seizure of a large quantity of stolen property, which includes: *one paint bucket, one toilet seat, three main hole plates/covers, fifteen iron Gaani rods, one blue submersible motor, three pieces of 40-foot G.I. pipe, one G.I. bend, one electric motor, one welding set cable, twenty LED bulbs, one key loom, four tap irons, twelve kilograms of copper wire, and two motorcycles.*

The accused led the police to the location of concealment and identified the exact spot. The recovery was carried out in the presence of independent witnesses, and a formal seizure memo was prepared at the scene.

Further investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests and recoveries are expected.

Jammu Police reiterate their commitment to upholding law and order, ensuring swift and lawful action in criminal cases.

मानसून सत्र सरकार पेश करेगी 8 नए बिल! विपक्ष उठाएगा ये मुद्दे

नई दिल्ली : संसद का मानसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से 12 अगस्त तक चलेगा। तीन सप्ताह के इस सत्र में मोदी सरकार जहां 8 नए बिल पेश करने की तैयारी में है, वहीं विपक्ष ने महंगाई बेरोजगारी जैसे मुद्दों पर घेरने की रणनीति तैयार की है। कांग्रेस राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा, बेरोजगारी, महंगाई और महिला अत्याचार जैसे मसले प्रमुखता से उठाने की तैयारी कर रही है।

*सरकार पेश करेगी ये 8 प्रमुख बिल:*

नेशनल स्पोर्ट्स गवर्नेंस बिल
नेशनल स्पोर्ट्स गवर्नेंस बिल का उद्देश्य खेल संगठनों में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही लाना है। इसमें खिलाड़ियों के अधिकारों की सुरक्षा और खेल विवादों को सुलझाने के लिए स्पष्ट नियम व प्रावधान किए गए हैं।

*नेशनल एंटी डोपिंग संशोधन बिल:*

नेशनल एंटी डोपिंग संशोधन बिल का उद्देश्य डोपिंग रोधी प्रणाली को अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानकों के अनुरूप बनाना है। ताकि, निष्पक्ष जांच और दोषियों को सख्त दंड दिलाया जा सके।

*जिओहैरिटेज साइट्स एंड जिओरेलिक्स प्रिजर्वेशन बिल:*

यह विधेयक भारत की भू-वैज्ञानिक धरोहरों और चट्टानों के संरक्षण और रखरखाव के उद्देश्य से लाया जा रहा है। इसके लिए सख्त कानूनी प्रावधान किए जाएंगे।

*IIM संशोधन बिल:*

भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थानों के प्रशासनिक ढांचे में बदलाव के उद्देश्य से IIM संशोधन बिल लाया जाना है। इससे शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता को बेहतर होगी।

*मणिपुर जीएसटी संशोधन बिल:*

मणिपुर में GST कानून में तकनीकी बदलाव किए जाने हैं। ताकि, क्षेत्रीय व्यापार की जटिलताओं को आसान बनाया जा सके।

*टैक्सेशन संशोधन बिल:*

आयकर और अन्य टैक्स कानूनों को सरल और पारदर्शी बनाने के उद्देश्य टैक्सेशन संशोधन बिल प्रस्तावित है। बजट सत्र के दौरान वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारणम ने इस बिल का जिक्र करते हुए करदाताओं के लिए लाभकारी बताया था।

*जनविश्वास संशोधन बिल:*

छोटे अपराधों को अपराध की श्रेणी से बाहर कर प्रशासनिक दंड में बदलना किया जाना प्रस्तावित है। इसके लिए जनविश्वास संशोधन बिल पेश किया जा सकता है। ताकि, व्यापारियों और नागरिकों का सरकार पर विश्वास बना रहे।

*माइन्स एंड मिनरल्स संशोधन बिल:*

खनिज संसाधनों के दोहन और प्रबंधन को आसान बनाने के लिए माइन्स एंड मिनरल्स संशोधन बिल प्रस्तावित है। इसका उद्देश्य निवेश आकर्षित करना और प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी बनाना है।

*सत्र में लंबित बिल भी आएंगे चर्चा में:*

सरकार 8 नए विधेयकों के अलावा पहले से पहले से लंबित 8 बिलों को भी पास कराने का भरसक प्रयास करेगी। इनमें इनकम टैक्स बिल 2025, भारतीय बंदरगाह विधेयक और डिजिटल डाटा संरक्षण बिल शामिल हैं।

*कांग्रेस और विपक्ष का एजेंडा तय:*

मानसून सत्र से पहले कांग्रेस ने मंगलवार को सोनिया गांधी, मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे और राहुल गांधी की मौजूदगी में संसद संसदीय दल की अहम बैठक हुई। इसमें पार्टी ने सत्र के लिए कई अहम मुद्दों को प्राथमिकता पर रखने का निर्णय लिया।

*मानसून सत्र के लिए विपक्ष के प्रमुख मुद्दे:*

*पहलगाम आतंकी हमला:* 26 लोगों की मौत के मामले में प्रधानमंत्री से जवाब मांगने की तैयारी।

*ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद संघर्षविराम:* विपक्ष जानना चाहता है कि जब भारत ने पाकिस्तान में आतंकी ठिकानों पर हमला किया, उसी समय संघर्षविराम क्यों हुआ?

*बिहार मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण:* कांग्रेस इसे असंवैधानिक और लोकतंत्र के लिए खतरा मानती है।

*जम्मू-कश्मीर को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा:* इस मुद्दे को विपक्ष जोर-शोर से उठाएगा।
महिला अत्याचार और बेरोजगारी: कांग्रेस देशभर में हो रही घटनाओं का हवाला दे सकती है।

अमरीका ने भारत को सौंपा जीई-404 इंजन, एलसीए एमके-1ए में लगाया जाएगा
भारतीय वायुसेना ने एक बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की है तेजस मार्क 1ए के लिए हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (एचएएल) को दूसरा इंजन भी मिल चुका है अमरीकी कंपनी ने एचएएल को लाइट कॉम्बैट एयरक्राफ्ट (एलसीए) एमके-1ए कार्यक्रम के लिए दूसरा जीई-404 इंजन सौंपा है रक्षा अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस वित्तीय वर्ष के अंत तक 12 और जीई-404 इंजन भारत को मिलने की उम्मीद है बता दें कि यह कदम भारत के स्वदेशी लड़ाकू जेट कार्यक्रम को और मजबूत करेगा। ये इंजन एलसीए एमके-1ए फाइटर जेट्स में लगाए जाएंगे। बता दें कि एलसीए एमके-1ए भारतीय वायुसेना का एक महत्त्वाकांक्षी प्रोजेक्ट है, जिसे एचएएल द्वारा डिवेलप किया जा रहा है। इस जेट को आधुनिक तकनीक और शक्तिशाली इंजन के साथ डिजाइन किया गया है जो इसे हवाई युद्ध में बेहद प्रभावी बनाता है जीई-404 इंजन अपनी उच्च क्षमता और विश्वसनीयता के लिए जाना जाता है
इस इंजन से एलसीए एमके-1ए की उड़ान क्षमता और बेहतर होगी। रक्षा अधिकारियों की मानें तो भारतीय वायुसेना ने 83 एलसीए एमके-1ए लड़ाकू जेट के लिए एचएएल को 99 जीई एफ 404-आईएन20 इंजनों की आपूर्ति का ऑर्डर दिया था इस ऑर्डर के तहत पहला इंजन पहले ही प्राप्त हो चुका है और अब दूसरा इंजन भी भारत पहुंच गया है बाकी इंजनों की डिलीवरी चालू वित्तीय वर्ष के अंत तक पूरी होने की उम्मीद है यह उपलब्धि न केवल भारतीय वायुसेना की ताकत को बढ़ाएगी, बल्कि भारत के रक्षा क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में भी एक महत्त्वपूर्ण कदम भी साबित होगी

Bangladesh national nabbed for illegal entry in J&K’s Reasi

Jul 12 : A Bangladeshi national was apprehended for allegedly entering Indian territory without valid travel documents from Katra in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district, police said on Saturday.

Fahim Ahmed was observed acting suspiciously by a police party performing routine checking near Asia Chowk, the base camp for pilgrims visiting the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine, a police spokesman said.

Upon seeing the cops, Ahmed attempted to hide but was eventually captured, the police said.

A Bangladeshi identity card was allegedly found in his possession; however, he could not provide any valid travel documents, visa, or passport to justify his presence in India.

Preliminary investigations revealed that Ahmed entered Indian through unauthorised means, violating immigration laws, the police said.

An FIR was filed under relevant sections of the Foreigners Act at the Katra Police Station, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the motive behind his illegal entry and possible links, the spokesman added.

Senior Superintendent of Police Reasi, Paramvir Singh, praised the team for their swift action and emphasised the police’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of citizens, urging them to report any suspicious activity to the nearest police unit.

JK02CX9905, JK14F7770, JK02BS8787, GJ04CR9995, UK04R0317, HR06BZ4455, JK12C1447 and 01 Motor Cycle with Regd. No. JK19A2118, mainly on the Sidhra-Nagrota Highway stretch. The vehicles used in the commission of these stunts include high-end modified luxury cars like iSuzu, Chevrolet Cruze and DC Avanti.
Amir Majid is a known YouTuber having channels “Aamir Majid Vlogs 2.0”, “Aamir Majid Shorts” and Instagram “amir.majid788” with lakhs of followers. THEFT CASE SOLVED: STOLEN JEWELLERY WORTH ₹1 LAKH RECOVERED, TWO HELD BY UDHAMPUR POLICE

Udhampur Police have successfully solved a theft case reported on 03/07/2007 by one Karnail Chand S/O Shiv Ram R/O Incha, Tehsil Ramnagar, who had reported theft and ransacking of his house during his absence.

Acting swiftly, a case was registered at Police Station Ramnagar and investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation, the Police team of PS Ramnagar rounded up several suspects for questioning. Two of the suspects, confessed to the crime during sustained interrogation/questioning. Both accused were identified as:-

1. Sanjay Kumar S/O Bhagat Kumar R/O Chakal, Tehsil Basantgarh (presently residing at Jakhani, Tehsil & District Udhampur)

2. Kaushaliya Devi W/O Romesh Singh R/O Marta, Tehsil Ramnagar

Based on their disclosure, the Police team successfully recovered the entire stolen jewellery worth approximately ₹1,00,000 from the possession of the accused.

Both accused have been arrested and further investigation is underway.

CRIME BRANCH BOOKED A SUB- INSPECTOR , A TEACHER AND AN ANGANWADI WORKER FOR SECURING GOVT JOBS BY USING FAKE DOCUMENTS ; REGISTERED 3 SEPARATE FIRs

July 11 : Crime Branch has booked a Sub- Inspector , a Teacher and an Anganwadi worker for securing government jobs by using fake documents. Three separate cases have been registered.

An FIR has been registered against Mohinder Paul (Sub-Inspector, presently posted in IRP 4th Bn) S/o Krishan Lal R/o Upper Nonial , Tehsil Nowshera , District Rajouri on the written complaint of Sita Ram S/o Lehna Ram R/o Nonial , Tehsil Nowshera, District Rajouri for securing job in Police department JKAP in 1995 by using fake educational qualification documents , as contents of the complaint , departmental enquiry report and preliminary verification report prima-facie revealed commission of cognizable offence.

On the written complaint of Bachan Lal of Suchetgarh , CB has registered a case against Govind Kumar S/o Krishan Lal R/o Village Khamb, R.S Pura for getting job in J&K School Education Department as ReT Teacher in 2004 by using fake /forged Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) and subsequently getting confirmed as permanent Teacher.

A written complaint was received from Khursheed Ahmed Naik of Khari , Ramban in which the complainant alleged that Ghulam Hassan Naik S/o Abdul Aziz Naik and Shakeela Bano D/o Ghulam Hassan Naik both residents of village Khari , Tehsil Khari , District Ramban are father & daughter in relation. Ghulam Hassan Naik having date of birth as 06-12-1966 is a government Teacher , Shakeela Bano having date of birth as 01-01-1976 is employed as Anganwadi Worker, father and daughter have an age difference of 09 years and 26 days only. The complainant further alleged that Shakeela Bano is illiterate and in order to get her selected as Anganwadi Worker (AWW) , her father Ghulam Hassan Naik manipulated , tampered the school records of Shakeela Bano thereby committing forgery. CB has registered a case against individuals namely Ghulam Hassan Naik , Shakeela Bano (AWW) and others on the basis of the contents of the complaint and preliminary verification report.

Senior Superintendent of Police Crime Jammu, Benam Tosh confirmed that three separate cases viz. case FIR No. 33/2025, case FIR No. 34/2025 and case FIR NO. 35/2025 have been registered at Police Station Crime Branch (EOW) Jammu and investigations started.

Sibling Duo Nabbed with 550 gms approx of He**in ( )

: In a significant crackdown on trafficking, Police Station Miran Sahib, Jammu, achieved a major breakthrough by apprehending two drug peddlers during routine naka checking at Balol Naka, leading to the recovery of a large quantity of he**in (Chitta).
The operation resulted in the seizure of 550 grams (approx)of he**in(Chita),worth 70 .A scooty bearing registration number JK02DA-9805 was also seized.

The accused have been identified as:

1. Gurjeet Singh, S/o Avtar Singh, R/o Village Tanda, R.S. Pura, Jammu &

2. Navneet Kour, D/o Avtar Singh, R/o Village Tanda, R.S. Pura, Jammu.
Both are siblings, and their interrogation is expected to provide further leads on the supply chain and distribution network of the contraband.

In this regard, FIR No. 91/2025 has been registered at Police Station Miran Sahib under sections 8/21/22/29/60 of the NDPS Act.

The operation was led by *SHO Miran Sahib, Inspector Sh. Jai Paul Sharma and PSI Ajesh Singh Jamwal*, under the supervision of SDPO R.S. Pura and SP Headquarters Jammu.

Further investigation is underway to trace the source and destination of the recovered contraband. Police are thoroughly examining both the backward and forward linkages in the case. Additionally, a financial investigation has been initiated to trace the proceeds of illegal narcotic trade and take appropriate legal action.

*It is pertinent to mention here that the mother of the siblings, accused namely Rajinder Kour W/o Avtar Singh, has been by Punjab police Punjab in the month of June this year in a drug peddling case registered at Police Station Shiata.*

Jammu Police urges citizens to come forward with any information regarding illegal drug activities in their localities. With continued public cooperation, sincere efforts are being made to build a drug-free and crime-free society.

BJP holds crucial meeting of party , demands justice for Nai Basti shopkeepers

July 9 : The Bharatiya Janata Party ( ), Jammu & Kashmir, held a crucial meeting of its MLAs at the party headquarters in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

The meeting was presided over by J&K BJP President Sat Sharma and addressed by Leader of Opposition in the J&K Assembly Sunil Sharma and BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul.

During the meeting, the party leadership held threadbare discussions on the recent move to make Urdu language a mandatory qualification for Naib Tehsildar posts. The BJP leaders strongly opposed the decision, terming it a deliberate attempt to marginalize the youth of Jammu region.

“This is a calculated move to deprive Jammu’s youth of equal opportunities. The imposition of Urdu mirrors the divisive and exclusionary policies once pursued by the Omar Abdullah-led government. We will not allow the repetition of such injustice,” said a joint statement issued after the meeting.
