*भारताची धर्मशाळा करू नका...*

सध्या बांगलादेशमध्ये आरक्षणाच्या मुद्द्यावरून दंगली चालू आहेत. परिणामी अनेक नागरिक निर्वासित होत असल्याचे बातमी आहे. यावेळी बांगलादेश मधून निर्वासित म्हणून बाहेर येऊ बघणाऱ्या बांगलादेशी पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये आम्ही थारा देऊ आणि त्यांचे स्वागत करू असे विधान पश्चिम बंगालच्या मुख्यमंत्री आणि तृणमूल काँग्रेसच्या नेत्या ममता बॅनर्जी यांनी केले असल्याचे वृत्त आहे. भारतीय जनता पक्षाने त्यांच्या या विधानावर टीका देखील केलेली असल्याची बातमी माध्यमांनी प्रसारित केली आहे.

ममता बॅनर्जींचे हे विधान तसा विचार करता चिंताजनकच मानावे लागेल. बांगलादेशमध्ये असलेल्या राजकीय अस्थैर्यामुळे मोठ्या प्रमाणात नागरिक निर्वासित होत आहेत. माणुसकीच्या दृष्टीने त्यांना भारताने थारा द्यावा हे मान्य. पण भारतानेच आतापर्यंत सगळ्यांना थारा द्यावा का? असाही प्रश्न पुढे येतो जर १९४७ पासून चा इतिहास बघितला तर या देशाने अनेक निर्वासितांना असा थारा दिला आहे, आणि हे बघता आता या देशाची धर्मशाळा झाली आहे असे म्हटल्यास वावगे ठरू नये.

१९४७ साली तत्कालीन राज्यकर्ते असलेल्या ब्रिटिशांच्या तावडीतून भारत मुक्त झाला खरा. मात्र त्यावेळी भारताचे दोन तुकडे पाडण्यात आले होते. त्यात पूर्व पाकिस्तान आणि पश्चिम पाकिस्तान असे दोन प्रांत वेगळे काढण्यात आले आणि ते पाकिस्तान म्हणून ओळखले जाऊ लागले. त्यावेळी असे अपेक्षित होते की पूर्व आणि पश्चिम पाकिस्तानात असलेले हिंदू भारतात परत येतील आणि भारतातील मुस्लिम पाकिस्तानात परत जातील. त्यावेळी हिंदू बांधव मोठ्या प्रमाणात पाकिस्तानातून भारतात परत आले. मात्र इथले मुस्लिम काही परत गेले नाहीत. त्यांना ठेवून घ्या म्हणून इथे तत्कालीन राजकीय नेत्यांनी उपोषणही केले होते. त्यामुळे पाकिस्तानातून सर्व काही सोडून आलेल्या हिंदू बांधवांचे (त्यातही सिंधी आणि पंजाबी मोठ्या संख्येत होते) त्यांचे पुनर्वसन याच देशात केले गेले. मात्र आधीचे मुसलमान इथे तसेच राहिले. त्यांचा संपूर्ण भार भारतीय जनतेलाच सोसावा लागला.

१९६२ मध्ये चीनने तिबेटवर आक्रमण केले. त्यावेळी तिथून निर्वासित झालेले तिबेटी मोठ्या संख्येत भारतात स्थलांतरित झाले. आजही विदर्भातील भंडारा जिल्ह्यात गोठणगाव जवळ तिबेट मधून आलेल्या तिबेटींची मोठी वसाहत वसलेली आहे. इतक्या वर्षात ते आपल्या जन्मगावी जाऊ शकलेले नाहीत. मधल्या काळात त्यांच्या नव्याने जन्माला आलेल्या मुलांना तिबेट काय आहेत माहितही नाही. भारतानेच त्यांना आपल्या सामावून घेतले आणि सांभाळूनही घेतले आहे.

१९७१ मध्ये पूर्व पाकिस्तान आणि पश्चिम पाकिस्तान यांच्यात भांडणे सुरू झाली. त्यात बांगलादेशचा उदय झाला. बांगलादेश पाकिस्तानच्या तावडीतून मुक्त होण्यापूर्वी पाकिस्तानी सैनिकांनी केलेल्या अतिरेकी अत्याचारामुळे मोठ्या संख्येत बांगलादेशमधून निर्वासित झालेले नागरिक भारतात आले. यथावकाश बांगलादेश स्वतंत्र झाला. मात्र तिथून आलेले निर्वासित आजही भारतातच आहेत. त्यांना भारतच आवडला असावा, म्हणून की काय ते बांगलादेशात परत गेलेच नाहीत. त्यांचाही भार त्यावेळी भारतानेच वाहिला होता. त्यासाठी तत्कालीन पंतप्रधान इंदिरा गांधींनी मोठी करवाढही केली होती. आजही भारत त्यांना पोसतोच आहे.

जसे तिबेटी आले, बांगलादेशी आले, तसेच मधल्या काळात म्यानमार मधून रोहिंगे सुद्धा आलेले आहेत. अजूनही कधी अफगाणिस्तानातून कोणी येते, तर कधी नेपाळमधून काही नेपाळी इथे येऊन पोहोचतात. भारतात हिंदू मोठ्या प्रमाणात आहेत. हिंदू एकूणच सहिष्णू म्हणूनच ओळखले जातात. त्यामुळे आलेल्या अतिथीचे स्वागत करून त्याला आपल्यातलाच एक बनवून घ्यायचे हे इथल्या हिंदूंचे धोरण आहे. फक्त हिंदूंचेच म्हणता येणार नाही तर या भूमीवर जन्मलेल्या प्रत्येक भारतीयाची हीच भूमिका राहिली आहे.

त्यामुळेच या देशाची आता धर्मशाळा होते आहे असे वाटू लागले आहे. १९४७ मध्ये भारतीयांसाठी भारत आणि मुस्लिमांसाठी पाकिस्तान असे विभाजन झाले होते. ज्यावेळी भारतातील सर्व मुस्लिम पाकिस्तानात परत जातील त्यावेळी खऱ्या अर्थाने विभाजन झाले असे म्हणता येईल असे उद्गार भारतरत्न डॉक्टर बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी त्याचवेळी काढले होते. मात्र तसे कधीच झाले नाही. त्यावेळी सर्व मुसलमान इथेच राहिले. मुसलमान हिंदूंच्या तुलनेत अशिक्षित होते. आणि अंधश्रद्धा देखील होते. त्यामुळे मुल्ला मौलवींकडून येणाऱ्या आदेशानुसार काम करण्याची त्यांची मानसिकता होती. त्याचाच फायदा तत्कालीन सत्ताधाऱ्यांनी घेतला आणि मुस्लिमांची एक गठ्ठा मते घेण्यासाठी मुस्लिमांचे म्हणजेच पर्यायाने मुस्लिम धर्मगुरूंचे लांगुलचालन करून एक गठ्ठा मते मिळवणे हा प्रकार काँग्रेसवाल्यांनी वर्षानुवर्षे केला.

या सर्व मुळे भारतीय लोकसंख्येवर अकारण भार वाढला आहे. १९५१ मध्ये देशात असलेली मुस्लिमांची संख्या आणि तुलनेत असलेल्या हिंदूंची संख्या ही बघितली आणि आजची दोन्ही समाजांची लोकसंख्या बघितली तर मुस्लिमांची लोकसंख्या प्रचंड प्रमाणात वाढली असून हिंदूंची लोकसंख्या तुलनात्मक रित्या कमी झाली असे आढळून येते. इथे हिंदू मुस्लिम हा प्रश्न नाही. मात्र परदेशातील नागरिकांचा भार आम्ही किती काळ सोसायचा हा खरा प्रश्न येतो. भारत हा सहिष्णू देश आहे हे मान्य. पण ही सहिष्णुता आता आमच्याच अंगलट येऊ लागलेली आहे. आज परदेशातून आलेले हे निर्वासित आले की इथलेच होतात. ते बरेचदा अवैध धंद्यांमध्ये किंवा दहशतवादी कारवायांमध्ये सहभागी होतात. इथल्या शांततेला धोका निर्माण करतात. इथल्या जन समस्यांवर, जन सुधारणांवर त्यांचा अतिरिक्त भार पडतो. त्यामुळे स्थानिकांची गैरसोय होते. बहुसंख्य छोटे रोजगार हे निर्वासित पटकावतात. आणि इथला लायक तरुण बेकारीच्या गर्दीत ढकलला जातो. त्यामुळे स्थानिकांमध्ये असंतोष वाढतो आणि त्याचे पर्यावसान कायदा आणि सुव्यवस्थेचा प्रश्न निर्माण होण्यात झालेले दिसते.

हे कितपत योग्य ठरणार आहे याचा विचार आज देशातील सुजाण नागरिकांनी करण्याची वेळ आलेली आहे. जर असेच सुरू राहिले तर इथे स्थानिकांनाच जागा राहणार नाही. अरेबियन नाईट्सच्या कथांमध्ये तंबूत उंटाला थारा दिला आणि त्या उंटानेच तंबू व्यापून सगळ्यांना बाहेर काढले असा प्रकार इथेही होईल. तसे झाले तर या देशात अराजकाची स्थिती निर्माण होऊ शकते याचा विचार सर्वच समाज धूरिणांनी करायला हवा. राजकीय स्वार्थासाठी ममता बॅनर्जी बांगलादेशातील निर्वासितांचे तोंड भरून स्वागत करतील. हे मात्र त्यांना त्या सांभाळू शकणार आहेत का? मग मदत करावी म्हणून केंद्राकडे त्या बघतील. मदत मिळाली नाही तर हे कथित निर्वासित आक्रमक होऊन स्थानिकांच्या ताटातील अन्न ओढून घ्यायलाही मागेपुढे पाहणार नाहीत. आणि मतांच्या राजकारणासाठी ममता बॅनर्जी त्यांचीच तळी उचलतील. हे या देशातील सामान्य माणसाला पटणार आहे का? याचाही विचार करायला हवा.

हा विचार सर्वच समाज धूरिणांनी आजच करायला हवा. उद्या कदाचित उशीर झालेला असेल.

Janet Levy in her article has presented several facts in favor of this claim, she wrote that "At the time of Partition, the population of Muslims in West Bengal, which was part of India, was slightly more than 12% whereas Hindus in East Bengal who went to Pakistan Today the population of Muslims in West Bengal has increased to 27 percent, in some districts it has gone up to 63 percent, while on the other hand, Hindus in Bangladesh have reduced from 30 percent to only 8 percent.

Mamta started an Islamic city project where hatred of non-religious people is taught.
She wrote that Mamta has also declared various types of stipends for the Imams of mosques but no such stipends were declared for Hindus.

Apart from this, many such hospitals are being built in which only Muslims will be treated.
There are schemes to distribute Muslim youth from free bicycle to laptop
It is being taken care that only Muslim boys get laptops and not Muslim girls.

Janet blames Muslims for terrorism. Janet has written that millions of Hindu families living in extreme poverty in Bengal are not given the benefit of any such scheme.

Janet Levy has given many examples around the world where terrorism, religious fanaticism and crime cases started increasing as the Muslim population increased.

With increasing population, a separate Sharia law is demanded at such places and then finally it reaches the demand of a separate country.
In this article, Janet has blamed Islam for this problem.
She has written that this message has been given openly in the Quran that Islamic rule should be established throughout the world.

Taslima Nasreen presented an example.

Janet has written that Islam has spread everywhere by forcibly converting or killing non-Muslims.
She has written about the situation of Bengal in this article.

Referring to the riots in Bengal, she wrote that in 2007 riots broke out against Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasreen in Kolkata.

This was the first attempt in which Muslim organizations in Bengal started demanding the Islamic blasphemy (Blasfamie) law.

Questions raised on India's secularism

In 1993, Taslima Nasreen wrote a book 'Lajja' on the issue of atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh and forcibly making them Muslims.
After writing the book, she had to leave Bangladesh for fear of bigotry.
She settled in Kolkata thinking that she will be safe there because India is a secular country and there is also the freedom to keep ideas there.

But surprisingly, even in secular country India, Muslims saw Taslima Nasreen with hatred Fatwas issued to cut her throat in India.
She was also attacked several times in different cities of the country.
But the hungry Left and Trinamool governments of Vote bank never supported them because the Muslims would get angry and votebank would do so.

There is demand for 'Mughalistan'country in Bengal.

Janet Levy further wrote that for the first time in 2013 some fundamentalist Maulanas of Bengal started demanding a separate 'Mughalistan'.
In the same year riots in Bengal, houses and shops of hundreds of Hindus were looted and many temples were also destroyed.
In these riots, the government ordered the police not to do anything against the rioters.

Are Hindus boycotted?
Mamta was afraid that if the Muslims were stopped they would get angry and would not vote.

It has been said in the article that not only riots but to drive away Hindus, Muslims in districts where there are more Muslims, boycotting Hindu businessman
In the districts of Malda, Murshidabad and North Dinajpur, Muslims do not even buy goods from Hindu shops.

ह्या योजना हव्यात पण खरोखर ज्याला गरज आहे त्यालाच. या योजनांचे दुष्परिणामही आता दिसत आहेत..

काम करायला कुणी तयार नाही,
कामावर मजूर मिळत नाही.
शेतीच्या कामे निंदणी खुरपणीसाठी आधी स्त्रिया मिळायच्या... आता कदाचित त्याही कमी होतील..

ग्रामीण भागात तर ही स्थिती आहे की महिन्याला हजार रुपये जरी कमावले तरी सर्व खर्च निभावतो कारण धान्य मोफत किंवा कमी किमतीत मिळते..
सबसिडीवर सिलेंडर मिळतात...
वृद्धांना निराधार चे पैसे मिळतात,
घर तर आधीच फुकट आहेत. यामुळे जनता कमालीची निष्क्रिय झाली, व्यसनी झाली.

ग्रामीण भागामध्ये आता दारू पुरतेच काम करताना काही लोक दिसतात.
ह्या योजनांनी जनतेचे भले व्हायचे असते तर गेल्या पन्नास वर्षातच झाले असते..

कित्येक वर्षांपासून दारिद्र्यरेषेखाली असणारे लोक आजही दारिद्र्यरेषेखालीच आहेत. आजही ते तेच आयुष्य जगतात कारण त्यातून बाहेर निघण्याची मानसिकता सरकारने कधी निर्माण होऊच दिली नाही..

सर्व काही मोफत किंवा आरामात बसून मिळत असताना उगीच कामाची दगदग करणार कोण. आता त्यांच्या डोळ्यात स्वप्नही निर्माण होत नाहीत..

आधीच व्यसनाधीन असलेला बाप आजूबाजूला वातावरणही व्यसनाचे परिणामी या वर्गातील मुले शाळेत तेवढे लक्ष देत नाहीत आणि तरुण वयात तेही व्यसनाच्या अधीन होत आहेत..

याचा ही सर्व्हे सरकार ने एकदा करायलाच हवा. पण राजकीय लोकांना याची काही देणं घेणं नसावे..
या तरुण वर्गाला स्वतःकडे आकर्षित करत ते त्यांच्याच रॅलीची महफिल वाढवत आहेत..

पण या फुकट खाऊ बरबाद पिढ्यांचे भविष्य काय. इतके दिवस फुकट घेऊनही हे लोक जर तिथेच असतील तर यांच्यावर होणारा खर्च निष्फळ वाया जात नाही का..

टॅक्स भरणारा वर्ग रात्रंदिवस मेहनत करून कुटुंबाला चांगले आयुष्य देण्याचे स्वप्न रंगवत सतत कष्ट करत मिळालेला त्यांचा तो पैसा...आणि *त्यातून भरला जाणारा टॅक्स हा देश चालवतो, मोफत बसून खाणारी जनता नव्हे..*

भारत हा जगातील सर्वात जास्त लोकसंख्या असणारा देश आहे, याचा अर्थ जगण्यासाठी, चांगल्या सुख सुविधांसाठी येथे बरीच स्पर्धा करावी लागणार आहे..

असे असताना एवढ्या मोठ्या लोकसंख्येला जर फुकट वाटप होत असेल तर ही धोक्याची घंटा नक्कीच असणार आहे..

इथे देश महत्त्वाचा की वैयक्तिक राजकीय स्वार्थ हे आता जनतेनेच ओळखणे आवश्यक आहे. हे असेच सुरू राहिले तर जनताच एक दिवस फुकट योजनांच्या विरोधात रस्त्यावर उतरेल.

*टॅक्स पेयर्स यांनी टॅक्स का भरावा*

*कारण ते कष्ट करून त्यांच्या कुटुंबाला आवश्यक असणाऱ्या सर्व सुविधा निर्माण करत आहेत. त्यांना कुठल्याच मोफत ची अपेक्षा नाही..*

*मग त्यांचा कष्टाचा पैसा जर असा फुकट वाटला जात असेल तर त्यांनी टॅक्स का भरावा. कारण पैसा तसाही पाण्यातच जाणार आहे..*

*महत्त्वाचे*...

*कोणतीही योजना राबविताना टॅक्स भरणार्‍या व्यक्तींच्या मत / मुलाखत घेऊन, त्यांना विश्वासात घेऊनच योजना राबवण्यात याव्यात.*

*अन्यथा फुकटात काहीही देऊ नये.*
*जनतेला निष्क्रिय बनवून सत्तेचा सारीपाट आपल्या ताब्यात ठेवण्याचा प्रयत्न करू नये.*

७५ हून अधिक जागतिक नेत्यांनी केले पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांचे अभिनंदन
मोदी पुन्हा एकदा पंतप्रधानपदाच्या खुर्चीवर विराजमान होणार असल्याच्या वृत्तानंतर जगभरातील नेत्यांनी त्यांचं अभिनंदन केलं. अमेरिकेचे राष्ट्राध्यक्ष जो बायडेन, रशियाचे अध्यक्ष व्लादिमीर पुतिन, फ्रान्सचे राष्ट्राध्यक्ष इमॅन्युएल मॅक्रॉन, ब्रिटनचे पंतप्रधान ऋषी सुनक, इटलीचे पंतप्रधान जॉर्जिया मेलोनी, जर्मन चांसलर ओलाफ स्कोल्झ आणि युक्रेनचे अध्यक्ष वोलोडिमिर झेलेन्स्की यांच्यासह ७५ हून अधिक जागतिक नेत्यांनी पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांचे अभिनंदन केले. यात मालदीवच्या राष्ट्राध्यक्षांचाही समावेश आहे. तसेच या सगळ्यांनी त्यांच्यासोबत जवळून काम करण्याची इच्छाही व्यक्त केली आहे.

तर ‘जगातील सर्वांत मोठी निवडणूक भारतात पार पडली. नरेंद्र मोदी, माझे प्रिय मित्र, अभिनंदन. आपण भारत आणि फ्रान्सला एकत्र करणारी धोरणात्मक भागीदारी मजबूत करत राहू.’ असे मॅक्रॉन म्हणाले. इटलीच्या पंतप्रधान जॉर्जिया मेलोनी यांनी आपल्या ‘एक्स’ खात्यावरून नरेंद्र मोदींचे अभिनंदन केले आहे.
