3. Should have good observational and interpersonal skills and a good storyteller

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ideating & Developing Short Sketches in Punjabi.
2. Understanding the issues of the Target Group & weaving them into a story.
3. Innovating and experimenting with different types of content
4. Developing relatable plots and characters
5. Researching background material
6. Laying out the screenplay to an agreed format
7. Coming up with themes and ideas
8. Preparing short summaries of your ideas and selling (known as ‘pitching’) them to producers or development executives.
