I strongly condemn the barbaric lynching of a Hindu man in Bangladesh, who was reportedly tied to a tree and set ablaze. This is not just a crime. It is a shameful assault on humanity, civilisation and basic human values.

Such acts of religious hatred and mob violence expose a complete failure to protect minorities and uphold the rule of law. The perpetrators must be brought to justice without delay, and the safety, dignity and rights of minorities must be ensured.

Silence or justification has no place when humanity is burnt alive.

Super Hit 🎯 Agnihotri has sold the rights to the political-thriller for over Rs *70* crore, an independent source exclusively told India Today.
The source was quoted, "'The Bengal Files' is enjoying a successful run in theaters. Amidst this, it is being reported that its OTT rights have been sold to Zee5 in a deal worth over 70 Cr., which is twice the budget of the film. Considering the film’s budget, the price achieved for OTT is significantly higher. However, the exact numbers are not confirmed yet."

Director Vivek Agnihotri has sold the streaming rights for his political-thriller 'The Bengal Files' for twice its budget, according to reports. The film is based on Direct Action Day, 1946 and Noakhali riots.
