We have again started our nationwide search to appoint EKM’s and targeted to set up approximately 110+ SBR’s by the end
of 2022 in all major and mini metro cities across nation. To be a Strategic Business Partner or Essel Ke Mitra(EKM), all you require is:
• Reputed and influential personality with strong social network and contacts in local business community with an entrepreneurial / strategic mind-set, excellent communication skills
• Proven track record for consistently running profitable businesses (FMCG / FMCD / Paints / Auto / Tyre / Commodities / Trading / Media, Real estate etc.)
• Should have strong understanding and experience of local / regional market space and government liaise
• Experience in multi-cultural backgrounds with a proven record of revenue generation through strategic partnerships and alternate channels. In summary , you will :
• Become strategic business partner for 10-15 lakh population territory
• Coordinate with the central team to achieve target revenue and profit outcomes for in-scope business
• Be provided with required business onboarding pre-requisites (e.g. business plan, proposed organization, training, IT support, etc.)
• Be remunerated as per the agreed metrices and commission structure with each of the in scope businesses
