My First Eid in Our New Home! 🌙✨
This Eid has been so incredibly special as it’s the first one in our new home! The excitement started early with all the prep—from soaking almonds and rice overnight to frying up fresh moong dal vadas and slow-cooking a massive 6kg pot of creamy kheer. There’s just something so joyful about the aroma of home-cooked festive treats filling every corner. 🍲🥄
I also made my own sweet saunth and zesty green chutney to go with the dahi vadas—a total hit with everyone! Between managing a little one and getting the house guest-ready with fresh linens and comfy setups, it’s been a whirlwind of love and laughter. Speaking of little ones, how adorable does my daughter look in her Eid outfit? Please say Mashallah! ❤️
We wrapped up the celebrations with delicious Biryani, kebabs, and a fun outing for the kids to enjoy some rides and ice cream. It’s these moments with family that truly make Eid feel like a blessing.

🌙 Chand Raat Vibes: Prep, Shopping, and a Whole Lot of Love! ✨
There’s something truly magical about the final hours before Eid. After 12 days of non-stop hustle—balancing motherhood, home life, and a busy work schedule—I finally stepped out to soak in the Chand Raat festivities!
Despite a bit of a fever from the exhaustion, the Eid spirit kept me going. 💖 We headed to Pantaloons for some last-minute shopping, where I found the most beautiful pink outfit (shoutout to my hero for the gift! 👗) and some dainty hoops to complete the look.
We even managed to fit in a quick Subway date and grabbed some adorable outfits for Alayza. But the highlight? The Mehendi! 🌿 No celebration is complete without it. Even with the late-night chill, a warm cup of kulhad chai and the intricate henna designs on my hands and feet made everything perfect. ☕️✨
Now back home, resting and getting ready for the big day. I hope your Chand Raat was just as special!

✨ New Home, New Memories! ✨
My journey of setting up our new home has been such a whirlwind, but I’m finally sharing the rest of the story with you all! From the very first Roza we kept in this house to the beautiful chaos of getting everything just right, it’s been a blessing every step of the way. 🤲
🏠 Making it a Home
Starting from scratch is never easy! We didn't even have the gas connection ready at first, so I made my very first Biryani on an induction cooktop. It took 4 hours, but the love (and the taste!) made it all worth it. Seeing the house slowly transform with the perfect sofa and those dreamy curtains makes my heart so full. 🛋️✨
🌙 Moments of Grace
Family First: Having Aapi and Prince over made the house feel like a home. There’s nothing like sharing Sehri and Iftar with the people you love.
Special Guests: We were so honored to host Uncle and Aunty. Seeing them enjoy the food and the vibe of our new place was the highlight of my week!
Birthday Bliss: We celebrated Hero’s birthday with a simple, sweet cake cutting. Sometimes, the quiet celebrations are the most meaningful. 🎂
👶 My Little Blessing
Watching my daughter grow and play in our new society’s clubroom is my greatest joy. Every day she learns something new, and I just pray that life always surrounds her with kind people and beautiful opportunities. 🌸

Setting Up Our New Home! 🏠✨
Starting fresh in our new kitchen! 🍳 Today was a big day—we finally got our new electronics installed. From the sleek Samsung washing machine to our massive new fridge and that stunning LG OLED TV, everything is coming together. 📺✨
A huge shoutout to the hubby for his help with the carrots and setting up the sterilizer! Even with a few hurdles (like taking the fridge doors off to fit it through the kitchen door!), we’re all set for many more warm Sahari meals together. Feeling so grateful and excited for this new chapter! ❤️🙏

Celebrating Milestones: From New Arrivals to New Beginnings! ✨
It’s been an incredible journey lately, and I’m so excited to share these moments with you all! From the joy of welcoming our new appliances – a TV, fridge, and washing machine – to the heartwarming experience of Aliza’s vaccination, every step feels like a beautiful milestone.
I’m also incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication that has led us here. My father's support and the strength I've found to pursue my dreams have been invaluable. And as we settle into our new home, stocking up on essentials and organizing our space, I'm filled with gratitude for these simple yet significant joys.

New Home, New Beginnings! 🏠✨
The journey to our new home has officially begun! From the first steps across the threshold to the warmth of our first meal together, every moment feels like a blessing. I started our stay with a beautiful tradition—sprinkling blessed water from my Ammi to keep the vibes positive and full of barkat.
Ending the day with my first Maghrib prayer here brought a sense of peace I can’t quite put into words. It’s still a work in progress, but it already feels like home. Can't wait to share more!
