🏔️ Birgunj to Kathmandu – A soulful food stop 🍽️

On our way to Kathmandu in a shared jeep, we stopped at Aakanksha Khajaghar, and that changed the mood of our journey!

✨ Traditional Nepali flavors like Sel Roti, Fried Eggs, Noodles, Chickpeas, and a wholesome Nepali Thali made it a treat!
🎁 We even gifted trophies to local children nearby – a little gesture that brought big smiles 😊
🍈 And yes! Discovered a special Nepali fruit called Lapsi, both raw and pickled. Worth a try!

This was more than just a stop – it was an experience ❤️

नेपाल यात्रा के दौरान ये खूबसूरत मैग्नेट लिया, जो सिर्फ एक नक़्शा नहीं, बल्कि वहाँ की संस्कृति, विविधता और खूबसूरती की याद दिलाता है।
सात प्रदेश, बुद्ध की आँखें, और नेपाल का अनोखा झंडा — सब कुछ एक ही फ्रेम में!
यह नन्हा सॉवेनियर हर बार मुझे उसी यात्रा की ओर ले जाता है जब मैंने नेपाल की सीमाएं पार की थीं और वहाँ की सादगी और सुंदरता को करीब से महसूस किया।
