Parragon India has revolutionized the way books are sold by utilizing non-conventional channels like retail houses in addition to the traditional supply chain of distributors at the national and regional levels. Our licensing range has grown tremendously. Today we look back and feel proud of the f
act that we are now the leading licensee for Disney and have all major characters across multiple formats within our portfolio. We have also established strong relationships with Mattel and publish books under the Barbie, Hot Wheels & Fisher Price range. We have similar licensing relationships with Cartoon Network for Ben 10 and with Discovery for publishing books under Discovery Kids for the Indian subcontinent. In order to meet the huge demand for our books, we are now developing a local publishing programme, publishing books targeted at the Indian audience. From low cost children's books to stunning visual extravaganza such as the Spirit of the Tiger, our endeavour is to cater to all age groups and socio-economic strata.
