Celebrated the prosperity and unity of our country on this 71st Republic Day at Exponential, Noida.

Our Music and Dance Club performed patriotic and soulful performances.

Employees were also awarded with best dressed titles.

On 24th December 2019, we had Pre Christmas celebrations here at the Exponential Noida Office. To wrap up the year, we thought it was wise to walk through all the eventful moments we had through the year with a small recap quiz followed by a commemoration ceremony to declare the overall winning Team for the year along with the best participants/contributors from each team.

All the 4 houses – Avengers, Ninja, Justice League and Samurais participated in full enthusiasm one last time of the year to add points to the table for their teams in the run for the titular positions.

The Quiz was won by Team Ninja. Teams were requested to adorn their team colors for the day and the team with maximum members in the right color were to be awarded winning points too. Well, even for this Team Ninja won undisputed. With the day’s tally, the overall year tally looked something like:

Winner: Avengers with 1100 points
1st Runner Up: Ninja with 800 points
2nd Runner Up: Justice League with 510 points

For the award ceremony, each team lifted their trophy as per their rankings and the captains from each team also took this opportunity to reward their best contributing members as per the titles below:

Team Avengers:
Best Female: Riddhi Naik, Best Male: Sahil Zafar, Best Contributor: Anuj Nayyar

Team Ninja:
Best Female: Isha Kumar, Best Male: Gaurav Bhandari, Best Contributor: Gagan Ghai

Team Justice League:
Best Female: Vaishali Kothari, Best Male: Abhishek Anand, Best Contributor: Sarthak Gupta

Team Samurai:
Best Female: Megha Nayyar, Best Male: Dev Sharma, Best Contributor: Amandeep Singh

To end it all we had some lip-smacking snacks and the Christmas special Plum Cake!! With all this it was a wrap on all the events of the task forces for the year 2019!! We take this opportunity to thank you all for your participation and support.

Wishing you a very Happy New Year 2020 and hope to keep the streak of these engaging events going on for the next year that contribute well in making us one Great Place to Work.

Deepawali or Diwali is the biggest and the brightest of all Hindu festivals. It is the festival of lights: deep means "light" and avali "a row" to become "a row of lights." Diwali is marked by four days of celebration, which literally illuminates the country with its brilliance and dazzles people with its joy.

Exponential Noida, organized their annual Diwali party to light up the spirits of our employees at Sutra Gastro Pub, Noida on 18th October. The employees came in full attendance with their families to enjoy the ambience that was set alive with some captivating DJ tunes that we could not stop grooving to, one elaborate and scrumptious spread along with drinks to wrap up this amazing evening.

“A good advertisement does not circulate information, it penetrates the public mind with desire and belief”

Exponential India (Noida) hosted an ad event called “Ad-Mad”, starting with the motto - “Creativity is nothing but Intelligence having Fun” and we sure had some!

With our company trips to Goa just around the corner and given that we work almost every day with Ads, it was all more justified that work and play be brought together in an amalgamation of spectacular acts of creativity where each team put their thoughts into live-action when Goa pops up in their minds.

Like all our office events, all the employees of the entire office are divided into 4 groups or houses and everyone participated with excitement and enthusiasm! With a limit set to 2 minutes to sell their ideas to the audience, our teams came up with some amazing products.

Given some power-packed performances, it was a tough decision for our Jury Panel to declare the titles – 2nd Runner Up: Team Samurai, Hangover Sports Bar, 1st Runner Up: Team Avengers, Gia Chappal and on the number one spot we had Justice League for their Goa Explorer App which also won the title for Best Act of the Day!

"Freedom in the Minds, Faith in the Words, Pride in our Souls."

Exponential India (Noida) celebrated the 73rd Independence Day with the office decorated in the colors of the Indian National Flag and its employees further adorned the premises in ethnic wear as a part of the celebrations. There were some exciting and interactive games for the Exponential family and all the houses (our entire office is divided into 4 groups or houses) participated enthusiastically to make this event a great success!

We had the very popular game of “Dumb Charades” to go down memory lane and reminisce the patriotic movies and songs we generally relate this day to. The fun game of “Suno Magar Dekh Ke” (See to Hear) saw how well our teams know their country to be able to guess names of Mountains, Rivers, Cities, and Monuments of importance even with loud music playing in their ears.

At the end of it all, Avengers and Ninja emerged as winners and runners up respectively for Dumb Charades and for Suno Magar Dekh ke, Justice League topped the charts with Avengers finishing second. Congratulations Teams!

And, there was no better way to wrap this event up than treating ourselves to some lip-smacking Indian street food - “Chaat” and our very own version of the ice-cream – “Kulfi”!!!!

For India, 15th August evokes many emotions in the hearts of the citizens as it was a day of her re-birth, a new start. This day celebrates the win of every individual. From feeling immense pride of being a free nation today to acknowledging the fact that we owe this freedom to our valiant freedom fighters who didn't hesitate once to give up their lives just so their future generations can breathe the free air of India.

"The bells are ringing loud and clear, schools are now closed and vacations are here!!"

Exponential India (Noida) welcomed Summer by walking through the memory lane and celebrating nostalgia with, “Back to School”. At “Exponential Learning Academy”, a school where hard work and fun go hand in hand, all employees came in a uniform dress code donning ties and wearing crisp whites. The entire office gathered around in a School Assembly and took a pledge to follow the values of Integrity and High Work Ethic at Exponential.

After the pledge, there was an exciting quiz game played between participants from our 4 teams (Avengers, Ninja, Samurai and Justice League). It was a nail biting finish with the Samurais walking away as the winners! The quiz was followed by performances given by our three clubs, Music Club, Dance Club and Drama Club. They all were given the theme of ‘Back to School’ and each performance reminded us of those Golden Years at school.

All the teams played and clubs participated with much enthusiasm and excitement, encouraging team collaboration.

Exponential India celebrated the festival of Holi and what better way to celebrate this fun-filled day than in a water park with colours and water, right? The employees and their families were invited, and the day went on with thrilling water rides, pool, rain dance and of course some great drinks & food!

Before the day of the Holi event, we organised some fun-filled engagement activities and around 140 employees were divided into 4 teams called as “Avengers, Samurai, Justice League, and Ninja”. All the teams played with much enthusiasm and excitement, encouraging team collaboration.
