Agnipath Scheme: क्या है अग्निपथ स्कीम? कौन कर सकता है अप्लाई? छुट्टी और कैंटीन सुविधा से लेकर इंश्योरेंस कवर तक तमाम डिटेल
भारतीय वायु सेना ने डिटेल जारी करते हुए बताया है कि अग्निपथ स्कीम में अप्लाई करने के लिए उम्मीदवार की आयु 17.5 वर्ष से 21 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए.
Agnipath Scheme: देश भर में भारतीय सेना में भर्ती के लिए नई योजना अग्निपथ स्कीम का जमकर विरोध हो रहा है. इस बीच, भारतीय वायु सेना ने अपनी वेबसाइट पर केंद्र सरकार की ‘अग्निपथ’ स्कीम से जुड़ी डिटेल साझा की है. वायु सेना की ओर से इसकी चयन प्रक्रिया 24 जून से शुरू हो रही है. इसमें एलिजिबिलिटी क्राइटेरिया, आयु सीमा, एजुकेशनल क्वालिफिकेशन समेत अन्य जानकारियां दी गई है. इसमें कहा गया है कि सभी भारतीय इस स्कीम के लिए पात्र हैं, हालांकि इसमें अप्लाई करने के लिए उम्मीदवार की आयु 17.5 वर्ष से 21 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए. इसमें यह भी बताया गया है कि अग्निवीरों को साल में कितनी छुट्टी दी जाएगी और उन्हें कितना इंश्योरेंस कवर मिलेगा. आइए जानते हैं इस स्कीम से जुड़ी पूरी डिटेल.
Agnipath Recruitment 2022: क्या है अग्निपथ स्कीम 2022
इस स्कीम में अधिकारियों से नीचे रैंक वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए रिक्रुटमेंट प्रोसेस शामिल है. इस स्कीम के तहत 75% जवानों की भर्ती महज 4 साल के लिए की जाएगी. योजना के तहत भर्ती होने वाले सैनिकों को अग्निवीर कहा जाएगा. वहीं, केवल 25 फीसदी को ही अगले 15 वर्षों के लिए दोबारा सेवा में रखा जाएगा.
अग्निवीरों को मिलेंगी ये सुविधाएं

अग्निवीरों को मासिक वेतन के साथ हार्डशिप अलाउंस, यूनिफॉर्म अलाउंस, कैंटीन और मेडिकल सुविधा दी जाएगी. अग्निवीरों को ट्रैवल अलाउंस भी मिलेगा. बेवसाइट पर दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार, उन्हें वही सुविधाएं मिलेंगी जो कि एयरफोर्स के एक नियमित सैनिक को मिलती है.
साल में 30 दिन की छुट्टी मिलेगी. उन्हें मेडिकल लीव अलग से दिया जाएगा. हालांकि, यह मेडिकल चेकअप पर निर्भर करेगा.
अग्निपथ योजना के तहत चयन प्रक्रिया 24 जून से शुरू हो जाएगी. 2022 के लिए अग्निपथ योजना के तहत इंडियन एयरफोर्स में भर्ती किए जाने वालों की उम्र सीमा बढ़ा कर 23 वर्ष कर दी गई है.
नई योजना के तहत 4 साल के सर्विस के दौरान करीब 2.5 महीने से 6 महीने तक के प्रशिक्षण की अवधि होगी.
चार साल की सर्विस के दौरान अगर अग्निवीर की मृत्यु होती है तो बीमा कवर मिलेगा, जिसके तहत उसके परिवार को करीब 1 करोड़ की आर्थिक सहायता ​दी जाएगी.
अग्निवीरों को 30-40 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह वेतन मिलेगा.
ड्यूटी के दौरान विकलांग होने पर एक्स-ग्रेशिया 44 लाख रुपये मिलेंगे. साथ ही जितनी नौकरी बची है, उसकी पूरी सैलरी मिलेगी और सेवा निधि पैकेज भी मिलेगा.
अग्निवीरों का कुल 48 लाख का इंश्योरेंस होगा. ड्यूटी में रहते शहीद होने पर एकमुश्त सरकार की तरफ से 44 लाख दिए जाएंगे और सेवा निधि पैकेज अलग रहेगा. इसके अलावा जितनी नौकरी बची है उसकी पूरी सैलरी मिलेगी.
केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बलों (CAPF) और असम राइफल्स में होने वाली भर्तियों में 10 फीसदी सीटें ‘अग्निवीरों’ के लिए रिज़र्व होंगी. इसके अलावा, गृह मंत्रालय ने CAPF और असम राइफल्स में भर्ती के लिए ‘अग्निवीरों’ को ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट दिए जाने की भी घोषणा की है.
अग्निपथ योजना के माध्यम से भारतीय सेना, भारतीय नौसेना और भारतीय वायु सेना के लिए लगभग 46,000 सैनिकों की भर्ती की जानी है. अग्निपथ योजना के तहत महिलाओं की भर्ती संबंधित सेवाओं की जरूरतों पर निर्भर करेगी.
