Real development is not free ration or temporary relief.
Real development means dignity, opportunity, and security for every citizen.
Development is when:
A poor family earns stable income, not survives on charity
Every child gets quality education, not broken schools
A sick person gets treatment in nearby hospitals, not long journeys
Youth get jobs and skills, not unemployment and frustration
Farmers get fair price, not debt and distress
Women feel safe, respected, and empowered
Public money builds roads, schools, hospitals, and industries, not propaganda.
